There weren't towels or soap in the room. No cups. The door wouldn't open, from the outside into the room. Had to go through the inside of the room, where we parked by the door of my room I put security lock on and forgot the door to get in didn't work and we left though the outside door and i foregot the inside security lock then we got locked out. The gentleman was so nice, he was having such a bad night and hew was also training a lady in and she was so nice. But then his tool to get security lock off wouldn't work so he had to cut it, he felt so bad but all our stuff was inside So it sucked but nothing that young man could do

I would have liked breakfast, though they did warn on my booking that it was no longer offered.

I was afraid after reading all the negative reviews. But overall this was fine. The location was convenient, yet set back from both the interstate and the main road, so it was relatively quiet. The room was fine. Yes, there was some sand on the floors, so a more thorough vacuum would have been good. But the property was reasonably kept, reasonably quiet, the bed was fine, the bathroom was furnished with good towels, soap and shampoo. The Mexican restaurant next door was closed on Sunday, but the Thai place was open and good.

Pool out of order for 6 nights. Got a dirty room when we checked in. Overcharged $18 on bill. Did the billing wrong. Hard to find help.

The public areas were kind of run down. The outside was tired looking.

The room was a large size. It was nice to be able to park and enter from the parking area. It was in a good location for finding it and accessing a grocery store.

Very noisy, could hear everything from neighbor room. Staff ignored me, talked to coworkers instead of finish up my registration

Toilet was very low. Shower head was very low. Water mainly came out of tap rather than all to shower head - (needs some upgrading there). Decent price and comfortable bed. Pillows were very small though.

It looked dirty outside rooms. Our room seemed cleaned but when we went to make coffee. No coffee and the package holding the sugar and creamer was already used ! There was only 1. Went to get coffee from office and it was cold. Price was good for the little time we spent there.

The room was announced to be special, because the outer door would not work quite well. Well, made it without it, but there were quite some more specialties: the inner door would have an additional locking bar, just without the locking bar. The shower fan didn't work. The knob of the bathtub was working, but broken. The tv remote was missing - and the doors were not at all nose proof.

The owners/workers were quite friendly.

Pictures show breakfast bar and pool - pool not working and no longer serve breakfast. Rented 2 rooms - Sink faucet didn’t work in 1 room and no towels and other room had food left in refrigerator. Floor was very dirty
