For the size of the hotel there could have been another luggage cart. We had to get additional dishes to use in the kitchenette.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was strong and fresh. The guest laundry worked very well, even if it was on the costly side.

We had to park in back of the building and there was only 1 entrance so it was a bit of a walk to bring our luggage to the room. Also we liked the fact that it was advertised having a kitchen but there were no dishes or pans whatsoever ,most people are not going to be packing pots and pans with them when planning to stay at a hotel.

The room was good sized and it had a full bath with tub

Initially, I was sent to a dirty room. No MeTV channel.

The relatively secure parking was an unexpected bonus - it's not the best neighborhood.

No dish soap. I asked. Nope. The dishes provided were clean but the silverware was kinda manky. Glad the hot water in the sink worked. Shower only got lukewarm. Asked for extra blanket and got a sheet. NO COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM.

Kitchenette was cool. The place was clean and reasonable and very quiet. Heater in room worked great and as a power outage refugee that was the most important. The bench in the bathtub was sturdy and awesome. Kitchen ware provided when I asked. Full size frig. 2 burner stove. Microwave. All very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cleanleness of the room....(table was dirty, food in the fridge from previous quests). It was not bad at all just a little more love for cleaning.

Parking and location itself look safe. 15 min from airport. We paid a great price $65.00 for a standard one queen room. Location is great for travelers.

Staff was not nice or accommodating. They advised when we checked out we'd get our deposit back in 2-24hours but it's been 7 days and still nothing! I spoke to bank and they advised me that they have not released the funds for refund. Now the hotel when I call they pickup and hang up on me. It is like they purposely stole from me and I am not going to allow this to go on!

It was a blistery cold day and the window in our room was open when we arrived so it took a while to get warm. Shower water wasn't very hot either. Older furniture. The parking lot is fenced and you have to drive around the building each time you park. It was the cheapest option but I think paying an extra $5-$10 to stay somewhere else would've been worth the cost.

Front desk staff was accommodating and cheerful. Pop-tarts, granola bars, oatmeal and tea for breakfast which is great as we are runners and sugar is good pre/post workout.

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy with homeless, though it was lovely with nice trees. Bed a bit soft but I like a firm mattress.

Staff was amazing. Room was large and well supplied. Front desk had the toaster I asked for. They had other stuff, too but I didn't need anything else. No bad chemical smells.

We were told when we arrived that they had no room for us even though we had a reservation. We had to go find another place to stay. Yet, I still got charged for the room that wasn’t available to me. I will never stay in this hotel again. I will also warn others about how we were ripped off by this location!
