Clean place for a good price. Pretty drive on the way to hote that surrounded by trees, nice view from balcony.

There was a smell in the hotel The pool was not.clean the vending machine outside of the room had expired products the room and hotel needs a lot of maintenance we needed to stay only one night so it served it's purpose

Facilities showed wear and bathroom layout was awkward

Easy access to the highway and beautiful views of the bay. Facilities were clean and staff friendly. Excellent price. Decent breakfast included.

Pool furniture was broken and unusable. Difficult to make a left turn out of property.

We requested water, but the receptionist directed us to drink water from the restroom sink, which was a very unpleasant experience. Water is a basic necessity for all living beings, and the hotel should have provided bottled water in the room. so we request them to provide water bottles in future.

I didn’t like all the noise and the drunk people and kids running and bumping the ceiling, for me the floor for them half of the night was nothing but bumpkin and half of the night a lady was howling howling and crying I’m thinking she was drunk I was very uncomfortable with that especially when my son and I plan to go on activities because we are on vacation couldn’t sleep at all

The shower and tub drains visually appeared clear but we're slow to drain the water when used. I stayed 3 nights and got out of the shower each time with several inches of standing water in the tub. Since I was only in the room to sleep and shower during my trip, the facilities were sufficient. There is NO elevators!! Will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if you book a balcony room.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast included 6a-9a daily. The building is pretty old but they do a nice job keeping up with it. The halls had portable AC units in them to assist keeping it cool. The AC in our room worked great! Each room on the second floor has a slider door to the balcony. Rooms on the first floor also have sliders to the parking lot.

Door to balcony had a broken lock. Door to hotel room had a huge gap between door frame and door where you could see in from the hallway.

Staff was super responsive to requests and always very polite! Breakfast offered a great variety. Pool was nice too!

The breakfast was not that great and there was no toast or bagels or gravy for the biscuits. There were 2 toasters and even cream cheese and the biscuits were hard. The staff was being obnoxiously loud in the kitchen. Also you had to pay to use the pool table and games and the laundry.

Have to wait to check out while they check your room. Carpeting felt wet to walk on. Patio doors were hard to secure. Coffee was awful.
