It was extremely dirty, found trash from another person, walls were sticky and the room smelt like chemicals. The “breakfast” is literally just a muffin with coffee.

The property is older and shows some wear and tear. Most Extended Stay's that I've stayed in are more modern and super clean. This was certainly sufficient, but just not as shiny.

Shortly after we walked into our room the front desk called to ask if we were happy with the room. That was a thoughtful and courteous welcome. The location was perfect for our purpose. There were plenty of USB plug-ins in the room.

The room was a long way from check in and we got in quite late. Felt we needed to move the vehicle closer to our room. Didn't think the parking areas were that well lit. Didn't find the exterior particularly well lit and part of the way we wrapped around the back which was dark and muddy to get to the room. The pillows weren't great, but okay. Would have been nice to have 4 towels instead of 2.

For the price of the hotel, good value for money in the room amenities, front desk staff and cleanliness.

Floors were dirty, sticky and not mopped. Counter tops were dirty and sticky. Refrigerator/freezer dirty! Bathroom sink drained slowly. Floor under bed was dirty. There were no wash cloths and no bath soap.

This place is basically a homeless shelter thanks to the vouchers provided by Portland. No conveniences in room like a coffeemaker or plates or napkins.Breakfast was a granola bar or oatmeal packet. Front desk person was always out smoking. Room was dirty. Found a used feminine product in the wastebasket.

Not much. The price was affordable and pets are welcome.

Floors were sticky, faucet in bathroom spayed everywhere, the was no stopper for the tub. Curtains were messed up. I requested the floor to be mopped and for a stopper for the tub. Neither were done.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioner was great, key card worked well, parking near the room was good. Room was adequately clean.

The front desk person was GONE and the maintenance guy (Ryan) checked me in. I went back to the office later to ask for a dish pack and found a customer who had been waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up and check him in! So I left and never got my dish pack. The passage ways to opposite sides of the building were filthy with an old mattress on end, various boxes, and dirt. I had every intention of making myself breakfast in the room, and having a working kitchen was definitely an incentive to choose this hotel. But forcing me to request the dishes when you are unable to have a front desk presence is VERY disappointing.

the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the shower was fine My basic needs were met.

Bed was hard, after the second night my back was in a lot of pain, thankfully we only stayed two nights I wouldn't have made it for a third. The pillows were awful and misshapen

Sidewalks were not clean, cleaning crew kept knocking on my door before checkout time, property is not well-maintained, and older or non-working cars in parking lot.

My room smelled like a previous smoking room. The door would hang up after being unlocked from outside and wouldn't want to open. Very noisy from the driving by ground floor rooms to the noise from all surrounding rooms.

Seemed to me like this location was a transient camp. There was no breakfast as advertised or even the single serve coffee pot in the room. The tv didn’t work, and when I called the front desk, I was informed that there were no other rooms and that I could just have a refund.

It was cold outside and inside! The heat wasn't working! Girlfriend called for extra blanket because it was so cold! She took hot shower to try and warm up, but water not hot! We left 2 hours after checking in!!

Breakfast isn’t much to choose from definitely could use some more options of food an drinks for breakfast. There perks could offer more deals at a member on there website as a loyal guest this could be improved a bit.

The manager was helpful and has great customer service skills and the employees as well, they work with you and are understanding and respectful they are great people I very much appreciate them there. thank you guys!
