We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe property is older and shows some wear and tear. Most Extended Stay's that I've stayed in are more modern and super clean. This was certainly sufficient, but just not as shiny.
Shortly after we walked into our room the front desk called to ask if we were happy with the room. That was a thoughtful and courteous welcome. The location was perfect for our purpose. There were plenty of USB plug-ins in the room.

United StatesThe room was a long way from check in and we got in quite late. Felt we needed to move the vehicle closer to our room. Didn't think the parking areas were that well lit. Didn't find the exterior particularly well lit and part of the way we wrapped around the back which was dark and muddy to get to the room. The pillows weren't great, but okay. Would have been nice to have 4 towels instead of 2.
For the price of the hotel, good value for money in the room amenities, front desk staff and cleanliness.

United StatesThis place is basically a homeless shelter thanks to the vouchers provided by Portland. No conveniences in room like a coffeemaker or plates or napkins.Breakfast was a granola bar or oatmeal packet. Front desk person was always out smoking. Room was dirty. Found a used feminine product in the wastebasket.
Not much. The price was affordable and pets are welcome.

United StatesThe front desk person was GONE and the maintenance guy (Ryan) checked me in. I went back to the office later to ask for a dish pack and found a customer who had been waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up and check him in! So I left and never got my dish pack. The passage ways to opposite sides of the building were filthy with an old mattress on end, various boxes, and dirt. I had every intention of making myself breakfast in the room, and having a working kitchen was definitely an incentive to choose this hotel. But forcing me to request the dishes when you are unable to have a front desk presence is VERY disappointing.
the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the shower was fine My basic needs were met.
