Breakfast, clean room, coffee pot in room.

Location good. Poor breakfast no one there to eat, water running on tray with no pitcher placed. Pop machine out of order, old washer and dryer. One roach in room. No soap to wash hands only one lotion. Hair on sheets.No coffee pot in room and plate wasn’t right one for microwave, didn’t turn.

Staff at the front desk spoke very broken english and was hard to understand. Driveway into hotel was hard to find. Even though we paid for a late check out ($10 more to check out at 12pm) manager knock on our door at 11:10am trying to kick us out of our room. Request for extra coffee packets was not honored nor did the room even come with a coffee maker.

Cleanliness was very lacking. Found old towels from past guests, bed linens were stained, light bulb was missing in lamp, etc. Paint was peeling in many places, bathroom door didn't close, light in bathroom barely worked and flickered. Didn't have many food options and no coffee.

No place to hang your clothes, bathroom had mole that was painted over in the corner, we had to ask for service no clean towels. A storm cMe through and it rained underneath the air conditioner. Michael was very rude need more training in costumer service. Over all stay was poor.

I didn’t liked being charged for checking in early. The bathroom wasn’t clean I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to disinfect. The bathroom door had a very bad repair job on it also. You guys have got to do better.

No coffee pot or ice was disappointing. The beds were pretty hard & pillows need replaced. Not much room in the room for a handicap room it was really hard to move around.

The shower hot water pressure was awesome! Even though I felt the area was a little sketchy it was quiet & we didn't hear anyone from the surrounding rooms.

There was NO BREAKFAST! The whole reason we chose this hotel was because it was a Wyndham and it was supposed to have breakfast. Anything would have worked. Muffims, cereal, donuts, fruit literally Anything! But when we got there we were informed they weren't doing breakfast anymore. But on the website it said they would have breakfast. If I had known that when we reserved we would have went somewhere else that was going to have breakfast!

Staff was a bit rude upon arrival. Property is definitely older and not the most well-maintained. Guests we being loud outside one of our rooms after 11pm, and when the front desk was notified, they told the loud party that it wasn't them, it was "traffic" and a man who claimed to be a maintenance man came over banging on our door to confront my husband. He then went back to the loud group (which we later discovered he was part of) badmouthing my family (all recorded). Luckily, this happened on our last night at the property, because sleep was hard to come by after this incident. We've never had issues at a Days Inn before, but sadly this may be the last time we choose this chain.

The heater was a bit loud, would have liked some breakfast, but overall happy with the room.

Only coffee and apples. Understandable only 3 people there, 2 miles off the highway. The room was clean, and reasonably priced, so I was ok with the room.
