Breakfast needed more variety. And i Don't think they restock once everything is gone. Would've like milk or orange juice. But decent overall.

Enjoyed the oatmeal packs and granola bars. Coffee was hot and the chocolate muffins are pretty good. Could've stayed open a lil longer though.

When I arrived , the phone was not working The room had a smell.They did not check me in when I switched rooms.So that had to happen but other than that was the only one

I liked the location which was very low.Convenient next to the mall and everything else. I like the settings I like the set up of the kitchen nets in the room.The staff was very helpful

The facility is old. Which yeah duh, Detroit but it feels that maybe there needs to be extra care in keeping the place feeling taken care of despite the age. The room smelled funny. The furniture had dents and strong signs of deterioration. The room said bed was a queen but was a full The freezer smelled. The bathroom ceiling had gunk. The light flickered. The only provided items were two soap bars and TP (no shampoo, lotions). We were not aware of breakfast times and expected a bit more from when we did catch it.

It's location to the event we were trying to attend was perfect. I liked that the staff were very attentive and cordial. I liked that there was a semblance of breakfast and coffee.

Free breakfast = pre-packaged muffin. Lobby Coffee machine broken. Kitchenette had no dishware, silverware, pans, coffee maker, nothing - all cost extra. Lightbulbs out. Fridge leaking. Sit on edge of bed and it flipped up. Staff wasn't concerned.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. Once I pulled the sheet off I saw a stained mattress cover and the carpet was filthy

The air con was not working in the whole building, it had to be fixed the following morning, there was a kitchen in the room but no plates/cups/cutlery or even the ability to boil a kettle, as a casual observer it seems geared to longer stays possibly even semi permanent residents. Breakfast was apparently included however that was a muffin and to get a hot drink I had to borrow a drip coffee machine from reception ( not ideal for tea ) It felt a little seedy

They were available to rent at 1am in the morning after our flight was cancelled. Staff seemed ok.

The elevator was out of order. The place has 4 floors and you had to lug all your stuff up stairs!

The elevator was out and has been out since October 2022.. we were told they can't operate the elevators without an inspection. Our door to our room was broken so we had to have staff let us in. When we got there, the only room left was on the 4th floor. So when our key didn't work, we had to walk the stairs several times to get help. The kitchen trim was coming up, and the room smelled of hard water. We paid $104 for this.

It was quite loud. The elevators didnt work at the time I stayed which was a bummer. The parking lot was small and needed to be redone.
