No shower curtain and crunchy stuff on the floor, basically trash so no barefoot walking upon arrival after a few steps. I wore GOAT slides. Thanks.

Location was convenient. Front Desk Attentdant was extremely speedious which could have been good or bad. Ease of everything - great Overall quality of hotel : definitely cheap but facilities were in disarray Types of guests: definitely some rougher guests

no toilet paper in the room, cockroaches, coffee supplies provided, with no coffee maker, door barely opened. a single sheet on the bed for blanket, room 149. (ive stayed here multiple times for years, worst experience so far)

the bed sheets were dirty, the first night we discovered a leak in the ceiling above the sink. they did not put us in another room and said I had to wait to talk to the manager whom NOBODY could contact until my stay was over

I took pictures because the room was not clean properly the TV remote was broke and I was told that since she was the only person there she could not leave the desk to bring me another remote that security was supposed to have already been there but soon as they come in she would have them to bring me another remote I never seen anybody until I went to the front desk the next day and said something she did immediately send somebody but the girl on night shift I didn't hear nothing from her there were holes in the wall lamp shades was nasty and when I pulled the bedspread back it looked like someone had slept in the bed the bedspread had black marks on it I don't know what that was bathroom door was nasty I don't know what I was on it I even sanitize the commode and the sink with my own supplies

The location was great but I did not eat any of the breakfast because there was people coming in and I didn't see any sanitizer and there was also a lady that was in some gray panties and a gray sports bra with a small blanket fold around her walking to the office and then she had a seat in there close to the breakfast bar no I was not interested in getting anything it was not sanitary bathroom floor was nasty there was dust and I do mean dust where the light cords and stuff was that because she had me to check to make sure the lamps was plugged up I don't understand why there was holes in the wall and the ceiling water spots in the ceiling and I forgot to take the picture behind the back door where that wall was just nasty I was there because of a funeral and there was a $49 deposit that I made when I checked in and I have not received that $49 back it was supposed to have been refunded is what I was told this is room 161 from now on I will check out my room I don't care what hotel I stay at I will check out my room for I stay in it or pay anything this was disgusting I only needed the room to take a shower and sleep because I knew what I was up there for and I wasn't going to be in the room that much when I seen the activities that was going on that night I couldn't hardly sleep then the next night I seen the baby roaches I couldn't hardly sleep that night before I left and all the drug transactions that was going on even in the daylight

The room wasn’t cleaned well, trash under chair at window. Dried food on the shelf above the microwave, couldn’t use coffee maker in room, the basket was gone that held the filter. There was a leak in lobby where you check in. The floors needed a good scrubbing. I spilled water and the towel I put down turned brown. The housekeeping staff need better training.

I have stayed here before, the room was updated from my last stay.

The manager, who checked me in, was so rude. I had to wait for him to finish watching some video on his phone before he decides to check me in. Then, I couldn’t find the pen to sign and he literally yelled at me and acted as if I was bothering him to SHOW me where the pen was. After the encounter with him, I should have just gotten a refund because he was terrible. After I checked into my room, I noticed that there are a lot of families who live there, which isn’t a problem within its self. But there was a lot of commotion up until 4 am. A lot of sketchy people and obvious drug fiends. This place has gone down hill quickly. Holes in the wall, smell of smoke in a non smoking room.

There wasn’t much to like besides the price.

The hotel cleaning staff can do a better job within making sure the room is clean and not fast clean. Our hotel towels looked like they was used and re-folded had dark brown marks on them. The bathroom I had to re-clean myself had hair and other bodily fluids eveywhere. The bed was okay but I just wished it was more comfortable and the undersheet was more clean had to take it off and lysol the bed to try to feel comfortable.

Convenient within location and the staff was very nice.

The hotel seemed dirty, floors needed swept more in room, tubs faucet dripped and had some strange people occupying some rooms.

Dirty shower curtain. Weird little pillows they use were not good for my posture.

Location was good to where we wanted to be, but perhaps a questionable neighborhood. The hotel staff wants it to be a classier place, but unsavory guests seem to be ruining that goal.
