The staff wasn’t available and they were a little rude to me when I asked for help with the hotel luggage dolly. I asked the staff member to help me back downstairs and he snapped and said “just leave it “. The hotel is not run by Americans so I’m going to get it the benefit of the doubt because it was run by Indians and sometimes they don’t know all the nuances of American culture and politeness.. I worked in a hotel for three years, and I know that a premium is placed on helpfulness and politeness. It’s important for guests to feel welcome. The continental breakfast was pretty good, but when I wanted something for my breakfast, and rang the bell at the front desk nobody came, and nobody was available. Also, the bathroom shower was not clean properly and there was a used cake of soap in the shower as well as hair in the shower. It was pretty unsanitary.

I like the location, and the property was well kept.

They were painting various locations and there was a bit of an order. The shower curtain needed to be changed or laundered (mold and mildew) A second story room away from elevators and electrical service rooms would have been more quiet and private.

Room, breakfast, bed were all good. Would have preferred a room further away from the breakfast room/kitchen, the elevators (noisy)

Overall our biggest complaint was that the bathroom door would not close. For the price of one night this hotel was not what I was expecting.

Check in staff seemed unorganized, but there was only one person trying to handle it all. The bathtub and the shower curtain were not clean. They had mildew.

The building smelled very musty, garbage in stairway, garbage cans overflowing at hotel entrance, shower/tub in our room was not cleaned prior to check in.

Were able to check in early and gentleman working front desk was very helpful.

Very disappointing as it we have relied on Comfort Inns in the past. The room appeared to be under construction with holes in the walls in numerous places. The most disappointing thing was that the room had obviously had smokers in it previously and air fresheners were used to cover this up. Broken ice machine with water all around it.

Great location from the airport and from Dowtown Portland. Great location from the beach and great restaurants there. Reasonably priced as well.

The property is in need of better care and maintenance. We booked two rooms. One was ok, but the other room reeked of cigarette smoke. My guest was given another room where the lock was broken. The third room was ok, although it also had a strong disinfectant odor. The A/C was not on in the hallways so windows were left open, some with holes in the screens.

There was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom. Would have liked another bigger one in the room. Would have liked either drawers to put clothes in, or a luggage rack instead of needing to always move my luggage around.i had to go to the front desk 3 times during my 2 day stay to have my key card reprogrammed to unlock my room door. The location was inconvenient because you can only make a right turn to leave the property.

No house keeping services even when asked. Front desk staff did not know anything about the area and could not recommend any food restaurants. When asked to help explain directions, they resorted to their cell phone. When returning to the hotel in the evening staff were grouped together in the corner of the parking lot with one employee urinating on the grass.

The breakfast was disappointing not only for the hours open but it was not stocked very well. At 8:00 am all the food was gone and I had to go find assistance for that and that was not very good. The shower was Luke warm in the morning. The Wi-Fi was off and on.
