Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo breakfast...even though in the past they have served self contained carry out. Trash on the stairs between 1st and 2nd floor...same trash from Friday until we left on Sunday. Sheets has small holes in them...like they were used on a hide-a-bed.
Location is convenient for our trip. Price is low, but you get what you pay for.

United StatesThere was no one at front desk when we arrived for check in. No sign saying ‘ring for service’ or ‘ back in 5 minutes”. We had to wait around 10 minutes fir someone to come to help us check in. There were noisy people down the hall. You could hear a woman screaming at her child. There was a dirty cover on the floor outside a door by our room but didn’t catch a picture. The next day there was trash outside that same room. My sister rented the same room for less than I did. When I asked about prices I was told they were all the same price. People sitting outside by entrance late one night. Didn’t feel safe.
Did not eat breakfast. Location was good but entrance was kind of hidden

United StatesThe fire alarm at 2:30 am and. The manager refusing to even consider any kind of offer or apology for the incident and paying 89 $ for 2 1/2 hours of sleep! While traveling round trip, fr San Antonio, Tx and Monterey Mexico international airport, I’ve 750 miles to and from!
After a 3 hr drive from San Antonio, and dinner, I finally settled in and went to bed at 11:00 pm but the fire alarm went off about 2:39 am and police and firefighters arrived. What a disaster , got 2 1/2 hrs of sleep and had to drive to Monterey , Mexico to pickup my fiancé , at 9 am that morning! And then drove back to San Antonio, 7 hrs return! I ask the hotel manager for a refund considering that I paid 89$ For 2 1/2 hr of sleep over a 15 hour drive and trip! I am requesting and total refund or a voucher for a night stay as consideration for the disaster this hotel chain put me through! I have pictures of firemen standing in the lobby! Where can I send them! I am a FB traveling ambassador to hundreds of thousands followers and will make sure my review of this hotel and booking.com handling of my request of a full refund and credit voucher for a comp. Stay. Thanks for your consideration!

MexicoI booked for a two doble bed and at the moment of check in the front desk notified me that there was no available rooms. They offer me the only room (single) and additiobal bed.
