You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe room was not cleaned particularly well. The elevator was broken for half of our stay. Many of the items such as coffee maker, toaster, plates, pans etc. were not in the room and you had to check them out from the front desk. The TV remote did not allow you to turn the TV off; you had to get up and turn it off from the back of the TV. The room had only one chair although they furnished us with another when asked.
The room had a stove and refrigerator and a very small microwave. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Free parking. Good location in that there were several good restaurants within walking distance.

United StatesI did not appreciate having to drag my luggage up 2 flights of stairs because there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. There is no carpeting in the room so the floor is cold and hard and the room is noisy, especially because I could hear the neighbors and the traffic on 28. I also am not comfortable staying in a room where my door leads directly outside rather than through a hallway.
They were good about giving me a refund for the 2 days I did not stay when I checked out 2 days early to move to another hotel.

United StatesRoom 234 is terrible. Came with a table but no chair. Luckily the table could roll so I used the bed as a seat. The fridge hinges were changed to have it open from the left side. It's supposed to be a smoke free unit but whoever used it before smoked in the bathroom constantly to the point where the smell is baked in. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud.
Nice sized table in the unit to eat and place my laptop on.

United StatesThe hallway leading to the room in which in was booked reeked of cigarette smoke & pot even though all of the doors were labeled as "non-smoking". The smell was very heavy & immediate. Also, there was dog poop everywhere (in the grass) outside of the building. I looked out of the window of the room into which I was booked & could see that dog poop had been allowed to build up.
The young lady who checked me in when I arrived after 10 pm was very friendly & accommodating. After explaining that she had to put me in a different room type than the one I booked, she apologized multiple times for it despite my saying that I was okay with the room selected. That was the type of customer service interaction I believe we need more of today.

United StatesJust about everything. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. No one was there. Wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to check in. Property is in disrepair. Elevator did not work, so all of the luggage had to be carried upstairs. Not great when you’ve just had recent knee surgery. Significant amount of black mold on shower curtain. Furniture not in good condition. Not enough linens on bed—just a sheet and a thin bedspread. Seems extremely poorly managed.
The location was good.

United StatesThe room was ok but there were people hanging out in the hallways. people talking all night and doors closing non-stop. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Housekeeping was still cleaning after 8pm and making all sort of noise talking to each other. It’s a non-smoking hotel but the hallway smelt like smoke. And the free breakfast was crap. just a muffin, granola bar. and coffee.

United Stateswhen I got there the front desk staff asked for my card and charged it. After charging my card he tells me my room is on the third floor but the elevator is broken. I ask if he’s joking and he says no. I tell him I would like a refund, I have several bags and don’t want to carry them up three flights of steps. He informs me he can’t refund my money but I can contact booking for assistance. I say I’ll go up to the room and wait to hear back from booking. There are empty beer bottles and trash in the stair well but I climb the steps with all my stuff. Two duffle bags, four hangers with clothes on them and three grocery bags. When I get to the room I try to turn on the light by the bed and it doesn’t work, the light by the other bed also doesn’t work. the only working light is the one in the kitchen area. As I get ready to meet my friends for dinner I get hot and try to turn on the AC and it won’t come on. I call the front desk and again ask for a refund so I can leave, but he tells me I can move all of my things to a room on the second floor. I say I don’t want to move all of my things to a new room, I want to move to a different hotel but I need a refund to pay for a new room. He tells me he will not do that but if I want to move all of my things to come down and get a new room key. I am currently waiting to see if booking will give me a refund for this terrible experience.
