Everything ‘looked’ clean but my daughter walked barefoot for under 5 minutes and had black all under her feet, good thing we brought sandals. There was light dust and just minor things here and there to wipe down but it wasn’t a problem. Our Tv was older and the screen was fuzzy looking like it wanted to give out. And the blankets are very thin! Had to get extras.

I was expecting the “you get what you paid for” experience judging off of the location and the price. but, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The prices were awesome! It had a mini kitchenette which was convenient and the room and bathroom itself looked up to date. The cleanliness was decent. They had a crib that they brought up for us to use which was a plus. And the staff overall was decent. Since it’s in a sketchy side of town I was hesitant but reassured they had someone patrolling the facility throughout the day and night.

As we check in and got to our room the keys weren’t working. They sent over a person to look at the lock and turns out it needed more work. During that time we also find out that our toilet wasn’t filling with water to flush. We had plans and let it get figured out by staff and when we came back everything had worked except one key card. Later on when were ready for bed we untucked the blanket and sheets to reveal something in between them that seemed like some kind of substance. There was no way of knowing what it could’ve been but it was definitely self explanatory. We called the front desk and they immediately came and took care of that issue and moved us to a different room. We unfortunately were put on the second floor I’m assuming due to availability but we were at the bottom floor because of a foot injury. Their elevator was out of order. When we got to the roomed we were moved into the blanket on one of the bed was covered in what looked like some time of hair in which I didn’t feel comfortable enough to use that to sleep.

Trying to get a good rest from traveling 6 hrs with bad weather. People were running around until 2 oclock in the morning.couldnt sleep. Noises everywhere. Trash on stairway.

Ac kept leaking water inside room floor. The bed comforter had stains on them. There was hairs in Tub when we got there. The cabinet drawer kept opening up. Beds where to small for two adults to sleep comfortably. The floors where not leveled and felt weird when you walk.

No housekeeping. When asked for housekeeping we return to no cleaning not even trash removed, bed not made, sheets and cover not changed, dirty towels left behind even though we piled them up to make it easier and they didnt even change out or leave toilet paper. The only thing was towels were dropped off.

The rooms were nice and modern the amenities are great in the rooms. Besides housekeeping it was a good stay.

There were obvious repairs needed, &/or done poorly. The freezer part of the fridge was frozen over. There was a strange smell in the room. The shower head was too low. My sister had a 3rd-floor room, she said the elevator was broken.

The bed & pillows were comfortable. The AC & TV worked well. My request for the ground floor was accommodated. there were 2 good-size trash cans. It was spacious. The price was convenient. Its proximity to a good Mexican food restaurant was also enjoyable.

Parking at night was impossible. People parked where they wanted where they weren't suppose to and people parking wrong where a space was unavailable because they parked in 2 spots. Staff needs to inform their customers about parking and not to park on the side by their rooms to where the people parked in spaces can't get out. Noone should have special treatment

The check-in experience was terrible. It took almost 30 minutes to check in because they overbooked our room. Staff didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing and made the experience stressful.

The room was cold, clean, and quiet! It was a great value for the price, and it was as close to everything we needed to get to on our trip.

Just a little older and in need of updating. I saw some roaches in the room and a little mold in the bathroom but it didn't really impact my stay.

Comfortable bed, cold AC, quiet, the room was clean, had showtime, nice staff, operating pool, towels and tp when needed, right by a restaurant we could walk to and pet friendly with no fee!
