Was in town for my daughter's funeral was only gonna stay 2 days ,but decided to extend my stay for a couple more days ,I was comfortable paying the weekday price but I guess I wasn't aware of the drastic more than double price change that I wasn't prepared for, as if I already didn't have enough to worry about , I spent in total for 5 days close to $1100 for no amenities, no discounts , where's the insentive where's the desire to want to stay there , and spend another penny with this hotel ,

Deposit at check in was cash only and closest ATM was at ampm 3 blocks away. Bathroom smelled like smoke when we entered room. There were cigarette burns on bed as well as on the extra blanket we got at check in. Staff at checkout was rude and pushy.

Staff at check in was nice and accommodating when we asked for extra pillows and an extra blanket. Room was good size.

This location has a new policy -- I've been staying there on and off over the last 45 days, always requiring a cleaning deposit upon check in -- and suddenly when checking in this time, they required a cleaning deposit IN CASH! I have no issue with needing to leave a deposit, but have previously used my card to fulfill that requirement. Now all of a sudden they require cash ... IT'S NOT POSTED ANYWHERE - NOT EVEN IN THEIR LOBBY. And they don't offer a method (ATM machine?) to get cash, nor would they allow check in until it was paid.When I confronted the clerk, he was arrogant, irritating, and with all the wrong responses to diffuse the situation. he should not represent this company ... or any company. And then he didn't even give me a receipt for the CASH ... until I demanded it. Additionally, there is not breakfast with the reservation. But I've reported that before.

it is conveniently located to the services that are needed. Most of the staff were very friendly (all except ONE).

I didn't like the fact that it's right next to a homeless shelter.no offense the the homeless but sirens going off all night all of that said I still had a nice night.

I like the fact that the room was clean. However they had an old bedspread on the bed which is a little yucky.

Police activities, no Internet even though you are made to think there's one. Couldn't connect and the staff added another internet connection but still didn't work.
