bath had a hole in the side and was so unsound to stand on it flexed we were concerned it would fall through. literally a rip/hole in the side. no one mentioned it. so they either cleaned it and didnt bother telling us or, didnt clean it and didnt see the problem. not sure which to be honest. when we mentioned it to make sure they didn't think we broke the damn thing, they just gave lip service reply and said they'd tell someone. heard nothing more.

it was an ok location. close to new braunfels sites etc.

The lobby looked a little dingy. There was a food truck of sorts outside and I wasn't comfortable with people back and forth. In the morning there was a staff person in the breakfast area with his phone on some type of Spanish show on and it was very loud. The breakfast items were either cold and suppose to be hot and other items were stale. No butter, only blueberry cream cheese.

Pictures online were a lot nicer than reality. The facility is not as updated as it seems online. The rooms were clean but the shower was clogged and unleveled. Also don't plan on getting free breakfast. When we stayed they had “scrambled eggs” which was more like one hard boiled egg cut in half that we ended up eating breakfast tacos from the taco truck in the parking lot.

Staff was nice and friendly, and there was a large variety of restaurants nearby.

This location doesn’t have an elevator. Not something I seen in the reviews at the time of my booking but I see it in the reviews here recently. It’s a small property so it didn’t take much to get to the second floor to our room. Just wasn’t what we expected. This property is also old and it shows. Some renovations were done but still isn’t worth price.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were accommodating and nice. We also loved the water pressure in the shower and sink. The room does come with microwave and fridge which is also a plus.

We stayed two nights, for the price was right. But the pictures were deceiving . I didn't like the carpet it was very stained in the hallway, the comfortor on our bed had a stain so the charged it out. But the one they replaced it with had cigarette hole burns in it. The TV was very small and the mirror above the sink was nice but not good lighting for a woman trying to put on make up. And the shower floor was wonky and felt really yucky underneath you're feet when showering. The entire building seems quiet a bit older. Also the free breakfast they offer wasnt worth 2 cents .

About the only 2 things that I liked was the comfortable bed. And the location was very convenient to alot of things.

The ac unit was so loud that it was hard to sleep. We had to disconnect the refrigerator because that started to make noise as well. The beds were not comfortable.

Rooms needs to be cleaned better mattress covers need to be replaced ASAP very gross

Staff was great … facility is just worn down.. beds were clean on the top sheets and so on… however the room needs a top to bottom full cleaning… change out the mattress covers they were disgusting !!!

the "breakfast" was debbie cakes & muffins that you had to take back to your room & eat

this hotel was just used for a quick 2 day trip, it served its purpose for that short amount stay. the beds were comfortable, the shower had decent water pressure, & the rooms were fairly clean.

Breakfast is a joke. We were offered bagels and cream cheese...PERIOD. The staff is still using that old COVID excuse. Wake up! Your competitors have been serving a real breakfast for over a year. How can you expect any return lodgers if you're not truthful? Either take breakfast off your description, or offer a true selection of food.

No elevator, swimming pool was not clean. When booked, room site offered breakfast but only thing available was black coffee. Old fruit. No coffee filters in room to make my own.

Rooms AC worked great..not muggy. Room was clean. Carpets seemed new. Good wifi.

The electrical outlets in the room did not work consistently. The towels were small and low quality.

They were able to book us with little notice. We were greeted, helped to open the door and provided extra towels and pillows when we asked for them
