Air conditioner broke. Restaurant only had 1 person working as a waiter and cook, took a long time to get served.

Oceanfront room. We were able to bring our dog. Right on the board walk.

The only negative was the really small negative was the really small bathroom. Also the fact that there was just one ice machine located on first floor Although I had no problem getting ice since it was off season I imagine it might be an issue during the high season.

I liked the location. Was quite comfortable in room. I especially like the small kitchenette area. Parking was very good. Room was clean and pretty well kept.

Ocean front right on the boardwalk, great view from our balcony. On the northern end of the boardwalk so quieter than being down closer to the busier end.

No ice machine and the door handle on the bathroom in the cafe had completely fallen off. Small inconvenience though.

Front desk staff was very accommodating for earlier check in. Cleaning staff checked in on us after we first entered the room. Great water pressure in the shower! Wonderful “pet relief” for the many dogs staying there.

The room was clean but it could have been a little cleaner. There were crumbs at the around the bottom of the bed and some hair on the bathroom on the walls..

THE STOMPING!! (Heavy walking) above us 😡( Glad I brought Ear Plugs ) and I would recommend anyone to make sure you buy earplugs before you go).. Also was Upset they wouldn't take My AARP discount at the Main Desk( they did last year 🤔) & said something about the old Manager wasn't there anymore and I had to do that through Booking.com Will have to contact Booking.com.to

Fourth year at this Location, Like that it's not in the main stream of the busiest part of the Beach (It's on the beach but far from all the large Crowds of People ..) It's Pet Friendly 😀 they give you pamphlets on information for your pets visit as in vets ,pet friendly restaurants ect .. that was the main reason ,we came to this hotel each year😀

After only having been there for 2 hours one of the cleaning staff walked into my room with a key, without knocking, and I was naked in the room because I was changing. She saw me, closed the door, and then knocked. My friend has to answer it because I WAS NAKED and tell her we didn’t need anything. That was absolutely ridiculous. I spoke to the woman at the front desk, Shan, and she was very respectful and really made the situation better for me. I also didn’t like the parking lot. It was SO narrow I could barely park my small Honda without hitting another car. I opted to park in the public parking next to the hotel instead. Also, the package containing the coffee stirrers in my room were already opened from I guess the previous person staying in there. Also, a man that worked there demanded we let him in our room when we were checking out because he thought we were flooding the office? Our room was right above the office, 219, and there was water leaking down there. But it had nothing to do with us. I am also a little disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included.

It was right on the beach, easily accessible from our room to the diner downstairs, and the beach.

Some of the drains did not work properly Outlets that worked the toaster did not work in one room and were not repaired after telling staff Also only came with 6 members not 7 but no discount they said to contact booking.com which is about impossible to talk to anyone will not use Booking in the future

Blow dryer only on hot....I like to blow dry warm to keep hair healthy...but I just suggest bring your own hair dryer...everything else was great.

Nice staff...pool and restaurant/bar on site. Right on the boardwalk...remarkably clean for a hotel that allows pets. We might bring our pugs next time!
