Unfortunately, the rooms are pretty thin walled. We heard a guest above us loudly pacing back and forth in their room from 2:30am-4am before I called the front desk. They thankfully mediated the situation. They can't control guests behavior but, it certainly disrupted our sleep.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, I appreciate that it is dog friendly, they offer continental breakfast in the mornings. The hotel is within walking distance of shops and resturants.

The front door, there are heavy and do not open automatically, bringing in luggage is very uncomfortable.

Thw breakfast was middle of the road, so to speak. I doubt anything will change. The selections were only adequate, not bad. The serving area was really small. Dining area was satisfactory. The individual (paired) seating was cramped. I called over a month before to reserve our desired dates. I asked for a notification if an upgrade to a suite with a hot tob became available. I received a call from staff telling me that an upgrade was available and was rebooked with the upgrade. A few days later I received a message asking if we enjoyed our stay. I called the hotel and found out that an inexperienced staff person had mistakenly rebooked us for dates for the month before our previously booked dates. So, the upgrade was reversed. No problem there. Except, I don't know if during the time we were mistakenly rebooked we may have missed an opportunity for an upgrade had on became available. First time we've ever had to ask for a microwave or a coffee pot. And, the room was really small.

There was a semi truck that we could hear running during the night, it must have been parked in one of the close parking lots.

I would love if the breakfast were a bit more expanded, but it is good overall.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are always very nice and accommodating. The cookies at check in are a great bonus. The game area downstairs makes interacting with friends easy. We plan to start here again. It is the perfect location for being close to stores and restaurants and also getting up to the ski mountain.

A coffee pot in the room would be lovely; so, you wouldn't have to get dressed before coffee :) A hook for towels or housecoat beside the tub would be nice; as going to turn the jets on/off is not within reach (would also help keep the carpeted floor dry). The breakfast was good, but please consider splurging for better coffee and real creamer.

Loved the staff! We had the King Suite with the fireplace and spa tub. The spa tub was perfect! The size was great for two, faced the fireplace and (large screen) TV. The house coats were a nice touch. Nice large walk in shower. The room / bath was clean :)

The location was okay but there were not too many sit down restaurants within walking distance (lots of fast food though).

The staff was super friendly and approachable. The hotel had a pool which was especially nice because it was adults only in the later evening (7-11pm I think). The continental breakfast in the morning was excellent.

It's a bit tricky to find as is well back from highway (yeah quiet!). No charging facility for electric cars.

Comfortable, friendly and reasonable cost. Staff has been very helpful and will change rooms if reasonable request. Has become my goto stop when traveling to/ from Canada. Nice pool/hotub and outdoor fireplaces.

The room we stayed in was the smallest room we've ever been in. And personally I don't like black and white color schemes - felt the room decor could be updated.

Modern rooms. Lots of outlets including USB ports. The king room had a walk-in shower (no tub). No microwave in the king room either. Though the Queen doubles had both. Coffee in the lobby, not in your rooms, though a coffee maker is available on request. (Coffee mate for creamer). You can hear talking (and a barking dog) in adjacent rooms and hallway. Breakfast was standard but certainly enough - yogurt, hard-boiled eggs for protein. Breakfast sandwiches and make-your-own waffles. Bagels, muffins, cereals, apples and oranges. Cookies all day at the front desk. A good stopover hotel.
