You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe towels had stains and they didn’t really accommodate for the amount of people in the room. For example we only got two rooms when there’s four of us and when we asked them they ran out when they really didn’t as well as towels
Other than that all the whole state was very good the freedom the location and being next to the mall. I wish the pools open the indoor pool nice I wish the hot tub is open but

United States of AmericaToo much noise at night from other guests talking loudly from 11 pm to 1:30 am. We could not sleep. We called front desk to let them know and next day at checkout front desk really didn't care there was so much noise at night and that we couldn't sleep.

When I arrived the staff member would not listen to me but kept saying reservation check in at 4 pm. When we came back at 4 pm I was told they tried to call me because the room was ready but they didn't have the right phone number. All in the past. I still enjoyed my stay.

United States of AmericaThis property is on the harbor so it is across from the high speed ferry to Nantucket and very close to Main Street where you find restaurants, the JFK Museum and local shops/ souvenirs. it was comfortable and quiet. I would stay again.

Whole family bought pool swimwear only to find when we got there pool wasn't open due to construction going on at hotel that we weren't aware of. Would not recommend this hotel. The staff could have made it better but didn't seem to care.

United States of AmericaThe room wasn’t clean. It took us 40 min to stay in line for check in. The price we paid true booking.com wasn’t final, when we checked in we were told to pay an extra $40 as a resort fees. Even after I showed my confirmation where is clear said we already paid $38 extra resort fee it didn’t help, we still have to paid. I would not recommend this hotel.
