We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had requested to extend our stay on the booking.com app for the next night, as my mother had to be back at cleveland clinic at 6am the next morning for open heart surgery. Hotel staff or whoever confirms online bookings dropped the ball and never replied to confirm. When we showed up that evening they had no rooms available and my room was never confirmed or denied. Had to go find anothet hotel in the area to stay in

United StatesOutdated insides. There are unsaid charges at arrival for the plates, pots and pans. Breakfast was grab and go snack. Not a breakfast selection. Pool is permanently closed. Vending machine in middle doesn’t work. Staff knows but say they aren’t responsible so take a risk. Walls are paper thin! You heard every door close on your floor and every elevator ding if close to your room.(We were in room 14 on our floor). Pull out couch is not meant for sleeping, you sink into the 4in mattress 😩

One being the sink stopper that wouldn’t go up so the sink was half full of water. The second being the smoke detector has a bad batty and it flashed a white light all night that light up the room There was no sleeping

United StatesSink basin would not drain. This is ANNOYING! They should test and clean all room drains periodically to make sure the sinks drain. Toilet would not adequatley flush. Just toilet paper would not flush. I was afaid to use it and not have it fully flush. So in the morning, after I put all my luggage in my car, I used the guest bathroom on the first floor. Water faucet at sink was no hot, just warm. I did not try the shower.
I have stayed here several times before and was very satisfied. That being said , I will look for another hotel the next time. I was on the fifth floor. Odor of Marajuana in halls. This not the fault of the hotel. My room did not smell. Room was clean, and spartan. Needed to go to the desk to get a disposable coffee cup to make tea. Also asked for and received additioanal towels.
