Breakfast can improve and add some more tea options. Location was perfect but the beach acccess was closed temporarily. Swimming pool also was closed temporarily.

The pool and beach access were still not repaired after 1.5 years. No chairs on the balcony to sit down.

The location is good since the hotel is right on the beach. There is a publix nearby and some restaurants right across the street.

Even with the beach repairs being made to the building the hotel should provide a way to the ocean on their property as it is an ocean front property. The shower was awful. I had to report it not working every night.

Location being on the beach was what brought us here. The price was right too. Breakfast was assorted and did the job.

Well I did not like the fact that hotel had the indoor pool closed due to maintenance and my only reason to book this hotel was to have the pool. As I was driving and thought to have a relaxed time in the indoor pool but the moment I booked this hotel, I got a call from management that the pool is closed. If the pool is closed and had no chance of getting it opened in next 6-8 months or so then why do false advertising on booking.com. Well I did not have energy left to do the hotel searching again for my 1 night stay so I did not cancel and I stayed there. This is a false advertising and it hurts me more because that was the only reason I booked this hotel.

Breakfast was good, hotel is steps away from the beach. Room was also very clean. Staff were friendly.

Well, I didn’t like that the door to our room would not shut on its own, and when we opened the sliding door to access the balcony, sometimes the hotel room door would open. The latch on the sliding door to the balcony was also a little stubborn to move. Also, the bathroom sliding door locking latch, was not operating as it was suppose too. We also found hair on some surfaces in the room, and their was a good amount of dust around the rooms fridge. Their was also dirt in some places in the room, so me and my brother had to clean it ourselves. Their were some stains on both beds but not a lot. When I went down to front desk, I asked for some new sheeting and I told them that their were stains on my bed, but the employee responded, “ Didn’t you guys just get here?” Like I was a little annoyed when the employee said that as that wouldn’t matter if we just got here, what matters is the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The employee gave me new sheets for both of the beds and I was on my way.

I liked how the room was looking out over the ocean with the balcony. I also liked that the room had queens instead of double like other hotels.
