You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyA bit dated. My daughter's bunny was taken accidently into the laundry from her bed during room service and most probably lost forever, but we got apologies and a complimentary breakfast for this incident.
Beautiful view of NYC and close to the PATH train station. Walking distance to restaurants. Window could get open in the room for some fresh air, what a surprise in the USA. Could leave our luggage after check-out at 12pm on the reception and spend a great time before our flight.

Location was brilliant close to transport links directly next to PATH station and close to food outlets, shopping. Big room with plenty of storage and place for cases, sofa and small fridge and extra bonus was adjoining rooms for other family members.

Perfect location with amazing view on Manhattan and very easy access to the train going to World Trade Center. Room size is very correct and we had a quiet one.

United States of AmericaLocation and views, I had to depart the location a day early due to flights being cancelled (Boeing Max 800 grounded the entire fleet) the hotel would not credit me for leaving early, they told me I had to contact Booking.com who would then contact them, this makes 0 sense!!!!!!!!
