Nice place. A little pricey for what is included. Disappointed in certain things.

    1. The heating in the rooms are either too warm or too cold; 2. The food for Dine-In… for the price we pay the food was cold 3. No Microwave to warm food ☹️

Location is secluded yet close enough to go do things other than what’s offered on the Resort.

Restaurant was closed, not a lot of options, and because we had our dog we were WAAAAAYYYYYY out at the very end of the property. Not the best room, but it was okay.

Balcony faced the back of the property where work vehicles were constantly going back and forth all day and night. Also, guests were taking their dogs to do their business right below our balcony. Not a pleasant sight.

We booked a balcony room. Pictures on website showed a full size balcony. Very deceiving and disappointing when we checked in. When checking in was told it was a Romeo and Juliet balcony. Had to pay an extra $60 for a full size balcony. This was false advertising.

Expensive for what you get. The room has no microwave, robe and slippers. No free breakfast too.

They promote hot air balloons for an additional cost in their property but it is not true. They only offer this service for weddings. One of the main reasons about staying here was the hot air balloons and the horse trails. We got only the second for an additional cost as they mention. If you stay in a different hotel, you still could take the horse trails service since it is not attached to resort customers only. About the hot air balloons, it was very disappointing since my plan was not to leave the resort, I would have paid for that service. In another case I could stay in a cheaper hotel and go to a hot air balloons company in town (and pay the hot air balloons with the savings). The bathroom accessories/decoration in the room need to be renovated. They make the bathroom looks old and doesn’t match with the resort price and the rest of the hotel’s decoration.

We enjoyed the customer service and the food. It was great.

There were many things I did not like about this hotel. It is very remote in the middle of a reservation. You have to drive 10 min or so to see a single shop. Food is scarce. There is one restaurant and one coffee shop and oncevthey close there is nothing to eat, other than room service. Not even a single vending machine, which I believe is deliberate. Rooms are laid out in only two or three floors so there is an endless walk to get to your room. All in all, it is not a very convenient place. Having said that, others might consider the desolation and vistas a plus.

Beautiful views, many trails to walk or run, reasonable food prices(when you can get it)

Getting no room service at that price point for the room and resort fee is just simply poor form. Not warning about it in advance is also poor form. The resort fee is way out of line/ outrageous. The food was overpriced and very average.

The setting was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

    The food. The sheets.

This place acts like it’s a luxury resort, with luxury pricing, but the buildings, food, and services are all regular, non-fancy hotel quality.

We had some disappointed kids when we found out that the pools closed at 8pm on a Friday night. Also, our room was at the far end of the property and it was a little bit of a struggle to get suitcases, shoulder bags, kids and a dog to the very end of the property. (Perhaps they offered assistance with bags and I just didn’t hear it during check-in).

We loved all the amenities that the hotel offered. Room service was very good and it was easy to order (online ordering instead of over the phone). The restaurants on property looked very nice and had a variety of cuisines. The room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the mountains; the balcony was a nice bonus. However, my favorite feature was the walking path on the east side of the property. It was the perfect way to stretch our legs and get some fresh air after a long day of traveling.

The hallways look a little tired.....

The people working at the resort are friendly and accommodating. We had forgotten a couple of needed accessories and they went out of their way to respond to our requests. While dealing with the pandemic, everyone worked hard to make our stay enjoyable.
