The price is a little steep, but it is New York so that’s to be expected I guess. They could certainly have larger and more supportive pillows.

This property is always clean and the rooms are nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable and the room layouts are nice.

The location is perfect for sightseeing because it is close to most attractions, We were impressed with how quiet the hotel was once we were in our room. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were happy with our stay.

Staff was courteous and facilities were clean. The location is ideal if seeing a Broadway show.

Initial room assigned was smaller than advertised, with very little storage space for a family of four with, admittedly, lots of luggage.

Hotel staff reacted and responded well to initial problems: luggage not brought up to our room after repeated attempts to get them to do so and initial room too small for us. We were offered different, more spacious corner room with great Times Square views, but even then, had to move luggage ourselves, even though we were told it would be taken care off. Partial refund offered, which was appreciated. Location unbeateable for Times Square area and transportation options to rest of Manhattan and beyond.

The rooms were dated and small and didn’t have USB ports

We stayed in one of the highest floors and it was absolutely beautiful I can’t stop thinking about that shower/bathtub. The views were incredible although we paid extra for a view of Times Square and we couldn’t really see it at all maybe one building in the distance but the view was still incredible. The rooms were a bit dated and very small but I’ve come to expect that in NYC. They don’t have USB ports in the hotel room though, I travel ALOT and have never stayed in a room that didn’t have USB ports so certainly outdated but not too bad. Make sure you’re bringing your charger box! Also the parking garage across the street is cheaper for nightly parking than the hotels parking so make sure you’re parking across the street! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating

A few single-serve milk and creams left in the fridge for AM coffee would have been nice. Lobby was not very warm and welcoming with no real area to hang out or restaurant/café to enjoy.

The location was excellent, and the room size was very good along with features of a free use safe plenty of suitcase storage. It also had a good view of New York city streets and buildings. The room service was also excellent, this being changing of towels , bedding etc.

The hotel view was great but it costed $25 to upgrade where price difference between tickets with and without city were only $10. One of the staff was not happy when we only wanted to pay for parking.
