The beds weren’t very comfortable and pillows flat. Sauna was very “dry hot” and barely steamy. I’m not sure if the eggs for breakfast were “real” eggs.

The staff were very friendly and informative; supplied some things that I had forgotten at home without hesitation. The room was very nice and clean. Free breakfast!

I wished there was more seating in the pool are, but I do understand that if you get more chairs then you loose the space around the pool. The beds were hard, but not the worst we have stayed on.

The facility was clean, welcoming, and in a great location for Lincoln City. Staff was kind, thoughtful, and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and we really liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna areas. Loved the fireplace area and the fun games that were there to play-our family plays a lot of games like connect 4/jenga/tic-tac-toe. We will definately keep this location in mind because they had a family suite that fit our family of five and did not cost an arm and a leg.

The folks above us had rowdy kids who were making a lot of noise. We just turned the tv up and eventually they calmed down. The hotel was packed so I tried to be understanding.

I liked the upgrades to the rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids were a little disappointed that there was no pancake/waffle option at breakfast. Kids and I always enjoy having access to pool and hot tub. I believe the guy who checked us in was named Shane, He was AWESOME!. His professionalism and customer service were over the top. There were a lot of folks trying to check in at the same time and he handled them all with patience, friendliness and a sense of humor.

My one 1 small issue was that the DVD player in my room did not work. Other then that everything was great!

Maybe have tables to eat at in the rooms. A guide for how to work the tv and what channels there are. Keep old men without shirts from spreading out all over the lobby couches with armpit on arm chair. Quite nasty.

Breakfast was okay. I don't even know if the eggs were real, no taste. Biscuits n gravy was decent as was the sausage. Beverage selection was good

Wow, I thought check out for people where is at 11 but I couldn’t check in until after four that was a Little inconvenient for me but that’s OK

Really, nothing. Good all around.

Mid-week pricing was fantastic in today's overpriced world. Gave me the opportunity to spend a bit of time on the Oregon coast with perfect weather to boot. Professional staff met and exceeded all my wants and needs. Spacious room with comfortable bed, and very quiet. Breakfast is not of a huge variety, but more than enough. Big selling point was the price. Just hoping they keep it that way.

The stoves burners need to be fixed because they cook unevenly. The dvd player in the living room does not open. The pictures on the website needs to be updated. No desk to use and the couch is different.

Fireplace timer would stick/stay on. Breakfast mediocre @ best. No fresh fruit. Only hot options were biscuits/ gravy, greasy link sausage, all slightly warm. Bagels grocery quality were only bread available. Coffee poor. "Fitness" room tiny, crowded w/4 ancient machines.

Staff personable, helpful. Room very clean. Room quiet, no noise from other suites.

Our tub wouldn’t stay open during a shower and the toiletries for the shower weren’t filled (we bring our own I just happened to notice). Its also pet friendly which is great but there isn’t really a place specifically to take your pets

Breakfast was the same as last time we stayed which is positively consistent ...however...it would be top notch if sausage or bacon was offered separately and waffle mix and toast bcuz im not a fan of bagels. The biscuits n "gravy" was ok. And I'm not sure why that lady is there looking dissatisfied at me for not giving her a tip. Hint: If you want a tip then breakfast should be at least 5 star elective choices. The facility and room was clean, bed in 238 by window is like sleeping on concrete tho. We do like this place and probably come again, planning our breakfast better. Thank you!

The gym, pool, hot tub don’t open till 9am?? Wtf? People workout in the morning, swim laps morning? But you keep it open till midnight. It’s in a separate building so noise is not an issue. So why not let people be healthy? You don’t need to mother or control your guests. This one thing would stop me from staying here again. Everything else fine

Hot tub and sauna were warm not hot. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast in the morning was terrible. Not many options. Location is right on main road. In rush hour very difficult to get in and out.
