Quite expensive versus quality

Stairs to upper floor (but there would be rooms on ground floor). No restroom in the reception Linked to 2 further inns (sharing reception at night and bike rentals). Breakfast low quality

Clean, big room (double deluxe) with kitchen. Good for 1-2 nights. Carpet on the floor (but clean). Cute poolside/jacuzzi in the middle.

One can walk to the downtown area, but it’s a little far.

Easy to park, clean, decent breakfast, good happy hour wine and cheese, nice pool area, friendly staff.

We had a room that overlooked the front so not a great view. Rooms are looking a little tired.

Great staff on the front desk and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Good location, a short walk to the harbour and downtown. The bed was so comfortable. Lovely little touch of champagne in room as my husband was celebrating his birthday

Some staff kind and competent, others gruff and unsmiling. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean, with no chlorine or nasty perfume smells. Spacious room, but lighting too dim to read well even with desk light. Large kitchen with oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, glasses to use and utensils. Very nice. Bicycle use was excellent with easy to use Townie bicycles, with lock and basket. Helmets are provided though I brought my own. Fun!

Parking a little tight with a wrap around lot but just tight with other properties nearby.

Very cute courtyard with an outdoor pool. Rooms were decent size with a king bed. Needs a little updating in furniture. But overall cute and decently priced.

Very easy to notice that toilet in our unit and the one above us had a leaking toilet flapper..this causes water in toilet tank to leak out and then refill itself. Time cycle varied between 10 to 20 minutes..very annoying and caused loss of sleep..and presumably water usage for complex. Due to busy vacation schedule, we pretty much only slept at Spyglass. No daytime hours spent there. We informed Ft. Desk on check out…he was understanding and will have maintenance check it out…other then that it was all good. I do have to mention the e mails asking for addl.monies to guarantee us getting a balcony unit.which I had already paid for when booking was disturbing. Is it booking tactic or Spyglass?..then asking for monies to add addl. checkout time..not appreciated.

I didn’t like the fact that the door to the pool lead out to a balcony that is shared with other rooms. It felt like our room was too easily accessible to others. Located is more of a motel.

The parking was easy, pool was lovely, and Mickey was very helpful and good energy.

The rooms and facility are a little tired and outdated looking. It looks much nicer in the photos.

The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great. They even have my favorite British tea! Parking and access are very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location. The evening drinks, all day snacks, bikes, small gym, pool and modest breakfast make this a welcoming, comfortable stay.

Traffic noise in the eating area outside.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Located on first floor with partial pool view. Staff were great especially Aeryn. Happy hours was amazing. We met new friends in the lobby during this happy hour. 🙏 thank you. Didn’t get to use the free bikes as we walked everywhere.
