Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A continental breakfast was advertised. it was a joke. other then the waffle maker there was some store bought stale donuts and some cereal that looked stale as crap. Orange juice was sour also. Nothing was inviting or looked good.

United StatesThe beds had the dirtiest sheets I have ever seen, they were dirty not just old. There was only a mostly used up roll of toilet paper, then we resorted to tissues, there was 3 in the box and they had coffee stains ( I am hoping it was coffee) on them. The tissue holder was metal and rusted, not just a little, the toilet paper holder was also extremely rusted. The shower had shampoo and conditioner holders, but both were empty. Free breakfast was little chocolate donuts ( like you get at a gas station) and make waffles. That was the cheapest worst free breakfast ever. Did learn to read reviews before making reservations online again.

United StatesThe room was clean when you walk in but when you pull the covers back on bed it was filthy with red juice stains on it an then let’s not forget the headboard ridiculous FILTHY it was green but it was so dirty it was brown an then the chair in the room was beyond dirty with stains all over it couldn’t even sit in it, The bathroom was clean an then the walls was dirty, An the remote for the tv did not work the batteries were dead so it literally had to stay on one Chanel once u turned tv on smh An last but not least they tried to steal my baby tablet I left in room I called an ask if we left it they said no, So I looked in car an it wasn’t there so I knew it had to be in room so I called back they said we sent someone to check it’s not there, So I check tracker it says it’s at the hotel so I go back there an ask have someone been in room he says no I get to room the trash was taken out etc. so clearly someone was in room an then I pick up pillow an the tablet jus so happen to be laying on the bed how ironic, If I didn’t have that tracker they would have kept lying saying it wasn’t there, What it was they see I wasn’t playing an put it back so I could go in room an get it cause remind you they said they sent someone to look 2 times they clearly thought I wasn’t coming back, Imagine how many other people they have done like that an that really upset me they would do that to us, I wish I could get a refund because I hated everything about my stay an room cause it really was FILTHY, I took pictures as well, Definitely will be calling corporate in morning.
