Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesThe receptionist when checked in was extremely unhelpful and basically told us that if we could not get a pre authorisation for incidentals ($75) to work on the credit card terminal that he could not ..would not check us in and we would have to leave...even though the rooms were 100% paid for. By the grace of god my daughter's credit card worked...if not this man would have sent us away. I even offered him cash payment until we could sort the credit card issue out with the bank. This completely ruined the experience.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. location good

United States of AmericaI called and specifically asked if there was a pool or hot tub and was told yes. Just because you have one does it mean you should say yes when it's not open. Pretty disappointing.
The location is great. The girl working when I checked in was great.

United States of AmericaHot tub and indoor pool were out of order. Front agent when we informed them we were disappointed about the hot tub being out of order was harsh and repetitive that it was on the website and we should have known and not their fault. We weren't putting blame on them but her response was in a rude tone and when you're traveling how often do you check the website in the car. Rust in the bathroom tub/shower and the dispenser with shampoo fell off the wall into the shower. The faucet in the shower was starting to come off the wall. The lighting in the bathroom was only one bulb and dim. When we informed them of the issues they responded it was supply chain issues in getting it fixed. On a positive note when we brought our concerns on the room conditions a different front desk agent did provide a discount on the room which was appreciated. Overall for being a chain hotel and one of the only in the area - they could use some improvements.
The location is great. The decor in the hotel lobby and sitting area is very nice. You have a panoramic view of the mountains which is fantastic during fall foliage.

CanadaThe hotel is in dire need of a renovation, the bathrooms looked very poor and he beds were horrible
I kept telling myself, this cannot be a Hilton tapestry collection hotel, just wasn't up to snuff, so there wasn't much I can say positive about it. I guess the lobby was nice as was the free parking.

Australia1) Killington Mountain Lodge has the opportunity to be a stunning Hotel but unfortunately not at the moment as it is currently understaffed. or staffed with the wrong people or both. 2) Our room had a Skylight in the ceiling which was great for watching the stars in bed at night but not when your woken at 5:00 am every morning when the sun comes up. 3)There is zero atmosphere and zero staff attendance in order to provide the normal daily Hotel functions. ie, Bar, Housekeeping. 4) Had to visit reception or dial zero to get fresh towelling every day. 5) Swimming pool out of action. 6) Way overpriced for what you get. 7) Hilton Hotels currently have a Pet friendly policy where pets can stay in rooms. I personally do not agree with pets being allowed into Hotel rooms that are then used by people that are allergic to animals. Especially if you have asthma or allergies. This is the 2nd Hilton Hotel that we have recently stayed in with this policy. In the future we will avoid Hilton Hotels.
1) Nice sized room and comfortable bed. 2) Lovely central location to drive around Vermonts lovely towns. Would be great in the snow season with open fires. 3) Plenty of Bars and Restaurants nearby.

United States of AmericaInexperienced staff. Room in need of maintenance and daily housekeeping. Overall condition of the hotel seems to be neglected in some areas. The lack of control the staff has on some guests or just the college students using the property. Especially the young kids who come back to use the hot tub all hours of the night one the bars get out. Bathtub did not drain. Stains throughout the hotel room furniture, linens and curtains,
Location, common area to hang out with friends.

United States of AmericaNot worth $750 for (2) nights. Apparently facility is on WELL so H20 smells terrible, stains the tub & you must drink bottled water. Hot Tub H20 was awful…no reason why it can’t be clean using salt or chlorine. Breakfast good but not for $20 per person…luckily ours was Comp’d. Roof skylight in our 3rd Floor room = wake up @ 6AM
Location…<10 mins to slopes & all restaurants. Room was Hampton Inn quality. Front Desk staff super helpful with my UPS ski gear shipments to/from property. Billiards table fun.

United States of AmericaThe pool water was not full, so kids couldn’t swim, hot tub water was Greene. Part of the reason I booked here were for these amenities and they Weare not usable. A real let down when traveling with kids. Had I know they weren’t functional, I would have booked another, cheaper hotel that included breakfast.
rooms were spacious with a nice view. close to the mountains

United States of AmericaRoom cleanliness was 5/10 at best! There was some stains on the comforter and some bottle caps on the ground bet to the bed. Window was broken. window didn’t seal.I couldn’t get through o the front desk and decided it was quicker to just stuff a towel into the open seal of the window Cold showers ….. On the first night the gentleman at the front desk told us they had been running laundry so hopefully the water would be hit in an hours …the next night it was warmer but still not comfortable Hot tub wasn’t working as of 1/29 no transportation to the mountain. I was told a public bus picked up across the street but there was no information about when or where exactly Long story short. This at no time felt like a Hilton….. more so like lipstick on a pig so that rates could be increased. Most of the amenities were not working . I would have felt better if I paid less for this property because it was basically a discount motel quality of stay . I suggest you move on and book “Inn on the Mountain”
Room was a good size with lots of hanging area for ski gear

United States of AmericaWater in the bathroom was brown and when informed didn't get a satisfactory response. I was told the PFA in the water in the area is high and there was a directive from VT health department not to consume water except for bathing. With kids it was scary at first and also really inconvenient. Plus, I didn't get a clear answer on why the water is brown. As far as I know, PFA doesn't add a color to the water. Another issue I had was the way they cleaned up the parking lot after a big snow storm. First the parking lot was not fully cleaned, then they literally piled up snow that was cleaned up on the side which blocked all guests' vehicles, which made is extremely difficult to get the vehicles out. Last but not least, I was charged more than the original price quoted through Booking.com. After weeks gone by, I am still trying to reconcile it. One other issue at the check-in was I was told I have to pay for breakfast, when I paid extra and got a room that included breakfast. When I confronted, person at the desk confirmed that I do have breakfast included. Not sure somehow his is what made them overcharge me. But I am really disappointed, having to waste my time trying to resolve a mishap that should have been avoided in the first place.
The location was great and quality of the hotel was good along with their breakfast and other amenities such as indoor pool and the hot tub. Also, the hotel provided drinking water bottles at no cost, which was great. They also have stacked up towels near the pool and the hot tub which was great as well so guests wouldn't have to go asking for them. Staff was excellent as well.
