The dining room closes at 9 pm. Which I think is early for a hotel. We arrived late and asked for dinner and about 8:30pm. The meal was rushed in twenty minutes. We asked for something else at 2 minutes after 9 pm and was told they were closed. They were cleaning around us the entire time despite the room being full. It was a little disappointing.

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful room with kiva. Comfortable bed. A family owned business and the staff is very helpful. Courtesy shuttle to local sights and restaurants. A great location. Excellent included breakfast. A warm and hospitable experience!

This hotel is located near the center of town. It has a wonderful architecture and style. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The laundry was convenient.

Nice clean attractive and comfortable room. Our room had a small balcony where we could observe a sometimes noisy woodpecker working on a nearby tree. The bath linens were pretty luxurious and even included fluffy bathrobes. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was free and better than average for a hotel. Reserved (on-site) parking was also a plus (included in the room rate too).

What a fun stay in Santa Fe! The hot, New Mexican inspired breakfast was so tasty! The location was perfect for a short walk to the historic plaza and popular art galleries. The staff were all so helpful and kind and even upgraded our room to include a private patio area. We didn't have a chance to use the hottubs, but can attest to the margaritas at the hotel bar being delicious. We'd absolutely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time here! It was clean, the staff were so friendly and they even had a complimentary shuttle. The breakfast was amazing with freshly made options each morning. I can’t say enough nice things about our visit. Right around the corner from Canyon Road and a short walk to the Plaza. We will definitely be returning 😊

Would be better in another month with all the flowers coming out. Owner takes special care to have a beautiful garden. Oh well, just have to come back.

Breakfast greeter is awesome in making everyone feel welcomed and special. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast excellent--eggs fluffy, turkey sausage, great potatoes and pinto beans. Shuttle available to take you to restaurant or shop and will pick you up. Free newspaper. Slept great- very comfortable bed without too heavy of a cover. Location around the corner from the Canyon and close to downtown. This is the place to stay.

We were blown away by the friendliness of ALL staff at The Inn at the Alameda! David, at the tequila bar was so kind and knowledgeable. He gave us so many recommendations for the city! All reception staff greeted us with a smile and were more than accommodating. The Shuttle driver, young man, was so sweet and kind. Angeles, a breakfast server, served and chatted with a smile and lots of cheer. The hotel is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The value is also wonderful! I love The Inn at the Alameda and would stay here again!
