Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When I first arrived the lady up front was hateful, very rude didn’t care if she help anyone or not. Wouldn’t give me an estimated time when the room I request would be ready other than several hours. So I had to get two double beds and we was literally sleeping on top of each other.
The water pressure was the only thing good at this place.

The bathroom was really small the Toilet seem like it was made for a toddler being disabled getting up and down was really hard for me and my brother
The bed was really comfortable and I like how it had a table and 2 chairs to eat at

3rd shift staff Intrusive overstepping boundaries in conversation.
Breakfast is great there as far as variety but everything tastes a little fake. You have to bear it. But lots of choices of meat biscuits gravy cereals even

No drawers to put anything in. Cloth shower curtain allowed the bathroom to flood while showering. Not enough hooks or bars to hang towels or clothes. Rude staff. Not at all helpful with local knowledge.

We had a suite and the shower went from hot to cold like someone flushed a toilet in another room. We had to get towels from the front desk and there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Carpets were dirty...etc It was far from the pool and there were many contractors staying there.
The site has two separate rooms, but everyone has to go thru the master for the bathroom.

I guess having a guest would have been nice.
Breakfast was good and the coffee. I didn’t like the pool area where people were staring at you and some punk 20 something’s were throwing rocks in the pool.

Room are run down, bathroom was dirty and a/c didn’t work very good. Was a no smoking room but clearly use to be smoking years back and you could smell it in A/C.

Men hanging around in north parking lot at night. Did not fee safe.
The room was newly redecorated but still pretty old. Mattress was great. Outside doors to rooms all had signs that they were locked but none of them were locked. Bathtub was high sided and difficult for a short person to get out of safely.

Some appliances need to upgrade, door on the bathroom it’s messed up, the bed need to be more comfortable, and the breakfast is awful… needs improvement on that ..I think it’s over price!! front desk it’s great! So overall it’s ok 👍
Well the room was ok. When I used the bathroom, the top hinge or the screw was loose and came off … the bed is kinda small, I wished it’s 2 queen all the room to give a family more comfortable stay.. the bed it’s ok not great.. probably need to upgrade or get a new bed so that all customers will enjoy it.. then the breakfast it’s awful,, microwave food is not really good. Not enough varieties for breakfast.. I guess that’s why the rating is 4.5-5… they need more for breakfast so that the customers will likely to stay more.. overall is ok!!
