Hotel is seems to be outdated a little bit from exterior look. In close neighborhood homeless people has their camp, are noisy over the night.

It was cheap deal during spring brake. Hotel is perfectly located, has clean and spacious rooms, quite well equipped. Personnel is helpful and offer variety of options for breakfast (cereals, bars, juice, coffee, milk, yogurts, fruit)

Reasonable price, clean but dated. Staff lovely. Didn’t wait for the continental breakfast as found 8:15 am a late start. Biggest downside is it’s in an exceptionally noisy location. Very disturbed sleep all night

The structure may not meet expectations as it is a bit old but when traveling these are elements not to be considered (at least for me) if you stay there for a few days. As I said, the structure is a bit dated like the rooms and the bathroom but my wife and I enjoyed it all the same, the beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast is served at the reception with packaged products, coffee and hot water for tea and it was fine for us, if you expect to receive a 5-star hotel breakfast then book elsewhere. The location is fabulous, not even 300 meters away you are on the beach and on Ocean Drive and that is already a lot. I remind newcomers to holidays that if you are looking for grand hotel services for 2/3 days you don't have to book here and then leave meaningless negative comments, if instead you are looking for a comfortable place where you can move and above all you know how to adapt then this is the right place.

The rooms could have been cleaner.

The location is amazing. The stay was at a good price point considering how close it is to South Beach. We reached a bit earlier than check-in time, and the staff was helpful in getting us in as soon as possible.

Noisy, though not hotel's fault. There are several street people with loud , penetrating voices living in an alley near hotel. Police can do little but warn them. Apparently, they have rights which make it difficult to move them. Management is aware of situation and does there best to deal with it.

Location: Near the heart of South Beach, but not in the noisiest area. Management: Went out of their way to accommodate me.

the best location, everything what you need is near by, CVS almost next door, main strip, South beach in very short walking distance, comfortable bed, large room, plenty toilets amenities, towels change, very friendly staff

there was really weird people outside at the door and staying at the hotel. Smoking weed at the door. Breakfast it’s grab and go, there is no place to have breakfast

And unfortunately South Beach is becoming more and more look like Venice beach - I’ve never seen so much homeless / criminally looking people there at my life. Probably, new US administration (not A brilliant Florida governor) has something to do with it after their “summer of love” 😔

Superb location, crop of the cream The building is somewhat old, but the room was big, with big beds, all necessary toiletries, friendly staff. I guess it’s worth its money. Def not 3,5 stars - rather 2,5*

Rooms are not well insulated for noise. Till 4 in the morning we could hear people shouting and playing music on the street. Breakfast was a joke.

We checked in around 5:00pm - place wasn’t great- lobby was shabby but acceptable. Hallways and rooms are covered in carpet that is pretty old and disgusting- other than that room looked acceptable. When I tried to wash up discovered that the sink takes about 25 minutes to drain. Our travelling companions - two rooms down had a pipe sticking out of the wall for their shower - but no shower head. We didn’t think this was great but decided it was acceptable. We left the hotel Elton go for dinner - when we got back to our hotel… at around 11:00 pm what looked like a bunch of gang bangers were hanging around the front door of the hotel and to our shock and horror we discovered one of them had the code to get in the front door. We watched him go in and walk down the hallway until he found a wall outlet to plug his phone into. The front desk was deserted and the night manager no where to be seen 😜. We were on the ground floor and the alley outside our single pane window had some homeless people squatting right outside our window. Around midnight - the yelling , screaming and arguing began and it went on until around 4:00. The cops finally showed up around 5:00-5:30 to deal with them. They were gone for a while but back in the alley by 8:00 the next morning . When we spoke to the front desk about our concerns early the next morning he told us that the group hanging around the front door was likely friends of the night manager- that they hung out there all the time and we should just ignore them. When we asked about them having the security code and access to the building he said we shouldn’t worry and when we complained about being kept awake all night by the homeless encampment outside our window he said it wasn’t his problem. We were booked for 2 nights and told him we did not feel safe or secure staying another night- he said we were welcome to leave but that we would not get a refund for the second night .

Everything. It is ridiculously expensive for the level of service and the quality of the room we got. The moment we entered the room, I requested for a refund as there was no way we could stay there. But unfortunately we paid all the amount in advance and they denied as it’s all paid on booking.com. We were forced to stay there as we couldn’t lose ~$2100.

Breakfast was hopeless. The room was stinky with very poor maintenance. There were cockroaches ans when I mentioned that to the receptionist, they said it’s common. Having spent so much, utterly disappointed with the status of the room/property.
