My view wasn’t great, but the room was so fabulous I didn’t really mind.

My room was a true suite with a separate living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The bathroom had a fabulous, huge bathtub that I enjoying with a bath bomb.

Great location, wonderful suite, Love having the living area in addition to the bedroom. Bathroom with double sinks a big plus. Walking distance to Michigan Ave, River walk, Navy Pier, and the Lake and lots of great restaurants. That was our second time there, and we will definitely be back.

Tiny shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles that were not replaced during our three-day stay. It's not a huge deal, but it's an odd thing for a hotel to save money on. If you stay here for multiple days, especially with a partner, I'd recommend packing your own.

Great location, big room, comfy bed, good wifi, lovely rain shower. Will come again. One great thing is that Do-Rite is just around the corner and opens very early, so as a European, it was a really convenient and tasty way to spend those early jetlag hours.

The non existing drop off zone was inconvenient with luggage and there was no one to assist with luggage. Also the check in desk should be separate from the bar because it felt convoluted.

Parking was expensive and there was no breakfast on site.

What a beautiful hotel! There was a mixup with our booking as we booked through a third party. The staff member checking us in was phenomenal! The rooms were fantastic. The cucumber water in the lobby when we checked in was great. There was coffee accessible in the lobby when we checked out. There were lots of food options within walking distance for supper.

Epic location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Close to public transport (we went to a concert at Wrigley Stadium)… large and very comfortable room with separate lounge room… great food nearby. Nice decor

The lighting is a bit dim, would have love it to be brighter. The sink was too deep causing water spills and the edge of the bed can still cause hazard even though it has safety padding on it.

Location is great, close to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and tourist spots.

The beds were a little hard, and pillows were not very comfortable. The bedding was too heavy so we were really hot sleeping. And it was not exactly convenient to be on the 14th floor and have to go to the first floor for ice. Also as females staying the lighting in the bathroom was not good

The bed was a little soft and after 4 nights my back was starting to get a little sore.

No hotel bar, or dining facilities. There was a bar in the hotel next door, which we used.

On arrival we were greeted by Myra(i think) and Carlos, they were very happy to see us, very chatty and helpful with information, also advising the bar in the hotel wouldn't be open but gave us a good list of alternatives to try out, which we did. Room size was great, lovely bathroom with double sinks. Huge bed and on the 14th floor we had some decent views...of buildings.
