The only thing I didn't like was that you could hear people talking in the halls when they were going to their room but it's a hotel you have to understand this happens when you are staying in a hotel.

It was very nice, the room was very comfortable and cozy near an incredible restaurant/sports bar called One North among other nice places it just depends on what you are looking for. Very centralized location. Definitely a good value for the stay.

Our room seemed small. Booked a room with two queen beds and was given a room with one. Had to get someone to help shut the shower off in room. It would be nice to have drinks in a vending machine, as the candy was, due to staff not always being at the front desk.

The staff was friendly, just not always at the desk. The front desk could benefit from having a bell.

The smell, the room wasn't bad, but the rest of the hotel and lobby smelled like old stale cigarettes. The facility was old and looked it. The towels smelled yucky, like they sat wet WAAAAAYYYYY too long, eeewww.

24 hour coffee in the lobby. The air conditioner in the room worked well. Front desk staff did their best.

I was given a quote of $90.69 for the night. when I got to Baymont Windom the night of April 8 I was told the bill was $140.. that the dog charges were not included. I booked through Bring Fido and then referred to Booking.com. I expect the price I am quoted to be the price when I get to the motel.

The microwave didn’t work properly. The room was not clean… there was hair all over the clean bedding, toothpaste on the counter near the sink, and debris all over the floor. The woman fixing breakfast was on her phone and then touching all the biscuits without gloves or washing her hands. There were no biscuits at breakfast and the waffle maker wasn’t working correctly either. She told the customers that she’d just have to pull it and there wouldn’t be any. All the floors in the hallways were littered with debris as well.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

My wife and I stayed in a room with a jet tub and for the price I feel we should have had. to pull a large clump of hair out of the drain. That grossed me out and makes me wonder how throughly the rooms were actually clean???

Toilet was broken and wouldn't flush, and some confusion about payment when we got there. Other than that it was a positive stay.

The fact I booked a room free cancellation still got charged and when I went to church and waited a half hour with another guest nobody was at the desk note said return in few minutes....he waited longer than me. I waited half hour and left to find somewhere else to sleep.

The floor was dirty. the door to the bathroom looked like it had been chewed up. housekeeping left the doors open to the rooms that needed to be clean and they kept slamming them on the lock on the inside so we were unable to sleep the next morning after being up all night.

It was comfortable and in a location that is accessible to the highway.

Walked in and the room smelled so strong of bleach. The mattress was so bad that when we got into bed you rolled to the middle of the bed. Don't know if the bed was broke or what but was a very uncomfortable night trying to sleep

$25 pet fee breakfast was marginal the floor of the room was filthy and the extra $100 deposit to make sure we didn’t smoke in the room which they were put back on our credit card when they felt like it and three pages of forms to fill out about the dog and smoking

It wasn't very clean, the showerhead had mild on it that I had to clean off myself before I could use the shower which was pretty gross. Staff was never at the desk so you'd wait awhile for them to come and there was no bell to ring so you were just waiting. Pretty sure the evening employee was smoking weed in the bathroom.

The check-in clerk was kind, helpful, and patient. The cleaning and breakfast staff were efficient and friendly. There’s a great Bar & Grill within easy walking distance.

Was bit outdated. Older hotel. Musty hallway with dirty carpet. Hot water reversed plumbed in tub. Tub in room dingy / trim and cosmetics bit damaged.

Over all cheaper than other hotels near by. Room had newer laminate floor wood planking. King suite had large walk in closet.

A bit outdated. King room had tile floor instead of carpet. Really needed a good deep clean in bathroom, attention to corners of the floor, I don't expect a lot for a cheap room, but super clean would be nice. And air conditioning unit was so-so, you could only turn it down to a certain temp, room felt muggy and a hint of smoker having been there recently.

I liked the price. Very reasonable.
