We didn't have our room cleaned. They said that we needed to request it when you stay for a short period. Having said that, once we mentioned it, we were immediately provided with fresh towels, and our waste baskets were emptied out.

Your location is tough. High tolls over the bridge and confusing, dangerous walk to the Metro.

Breakfast could have a larger variety or something more other than sweets. Savory food was missing from breakfast. Also there were only two tables which made it difficult to sit and eat there.

I like the price if the hotel and how friendly the staff are. The king size bed is comfortable. I stayed at the Holland Hotel 10 years ago and the quality, service hasn't changed.

I had only one exception and that was it was too Hot in the hotel. We used the fan and ac to cool our room down but it took a long time to get down. It was like 74 in the room. Too warm. When we walked out of our room the next morning it was like a blast of heat in the face.

Everything with the property was excellent, check in and out was great. It was very clean and the People were nice. Coffee and tea and continental breakfast was excellent. Also free parking is a perk. Love this place

We rented 3 rooms. One of them kept locking us out, requiring us to go to the desk to have our key reset multiple times.

Wished there was an elevator because we had a lot of luggage to move up and down. The breakfast was nice too but all the dishes were mostly bread and sweets, incorporating some protein like eggs would be great.

loved the friendly staff and their attention to the customers. They were extremely welcoming and cordial towards our requests. The coffee served was quite good and the room was very clean.

I stayed for 4 days and I got the corner room the last one and it was so close to the road, so it was noisy and there was so noise in the hotel all the time, some squeaky noises.

It is good, easy access to Newport station and grocery street. 10 min and 18min walk. Close to the mall for some food and shopping.

The rooms are not humungous, but for just a space to sleep it is enough. There were minimal places to charge phones or plug anything in near the bed. My husband uses a c-pap machine and had to use the extension cord thankfully they had. We had to shut the heat off because it was 73 degrees even with it off. With the air conditioning on it was better.

The free parking and location to the path over to NYC was a huge selling point! It was very affordable and fairly quiet considering the location near the holland tunnel. Was spacious enough for myself, my husband and 16 year old son. The breakfast was fruit, donuts, danish, and croissants which came from a local bakery, they were good.

Small Room. Sink had a small faucet leak and saw a flea in the bathroom vent. Other than that, a pretty decent stay.

came to visit NY. the easy walk to the pathway station is q straight shot(about 12 minutes). simple breakfast but did the job. Most staff are friendly. King size bed room was a bit small but if you're not staying in it often it will do the job.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring New York. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast is served in the (very small) lobby, with only two 2-seater tables. This is entirely insufficient for a hotel of maybe 40 rooms. As a result you are forced to stuff your pockets and go back to your room. Not ideal. It was however frequently attended and restocked.

Location was reasonable. Access to train/subway is a 10+minute walk so keep in mind if you have bags. Breakfast was fair.
