Everything was quite old and worn. One of the beds had stained sheets. The bathroom fan was really loud.

The location was amazing. We had so much space with 2 beds and 2 baths. The full kitchen was a big plus. Everything we needed was there.

Needs an upgrade immediately. The carpets were very old and it gave a dingy feeling . All appliances need to be upgraded and a fresh touch of paint will spruce it up.

We did not have a room with a view, our room has a wall view. I know that it could happen, but because of that, the room does not receive sun light.

Convenient location, between Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Big apartment, big closet, comfortable beds. You can use the Cosmopolitan pool, just ask the reception when you check in, because they have to book (not valid for check in and check out dates). Laundry service on the floor. You can drop off your baggage at the reception after check out.

The room have no view only looking down to the roof of lower building. I love staying here although I used third-party services but I wish I still get view from the strip.since I am also paying costumer

What I like here is the hotel is worth every penny.I love having a kitchen which saves me money during my stay coz I can cooked meals and we don't need to spent money eating outside.

Too much water softener, difficult to feel like soap has been washed off. Water pressure is terrible and water was scalding or freezing. It was difficult to find the right balance with the shower.

I like having apartment style accommodations and the location cannot be beat. They provide a days worth of complimentary coffee and cleaning supplies for washing dishes. The bed is comfortable and

As I stated the furniture needs to be replaced and updated. There are no USB ports available only a few plugs. Just needs to be brought into the current century.

Loved the location, a little difficult to find you have to go thru another hotel Cosmopolitan. However staff was nice the areas were clean. The room was clean but furniture is very dated and needs to be replaced.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Jockey Club. The location was perfect. In the heart of the strip with easy access to the Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan, the Flamingo, Planet Hollywood and more. The pool was open and warm, which I was not expecting in January. We loved the space we had with the suite, and the view from our window of the fountains, and The Paris and a smidgeon of the new Sphere. We loved the free parking, the full kitchen and the little shop in the lobby. The price was right, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay completely.

I used the hotel twice. The first time we had a room with a view of the wall and the second time we had a suite with a view of the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel Tower. Spacious apartments - large room with 2 beds and a living room + 2 bathrooms. Parking available. Due to my extended stay in LV, I am reviewing 2 used apartments. Generally both are very similar, but I rate the apartment with a view of the fountains and the tower a little higher. Very good location at a very good price. The hotel is a bit worn out, but benefits from its location next to Stripe and reasonable prices. Recommended!

The carpet was torn in places and the furniture in the sitting area was old, uncomfortable and dirty looking.

Awesome location! Right by the Bellagio so easy to walk to main parts of the strip. Beds were comfortable and nice to have room for table, kitchen, sitting area. Parking was free and you park in Cosmopolitan garage which is convenient. Hot tub was nice too.

Arrived at 5 PM (check-in was any time after 4:00) and our room wasn't ready. Had to sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes until housekeeping called the front desk to tell them I could check in. Biggest disappointment was that our unit in the Derby Tower literally looked into a solid concrete wall just feet away. That was the only external window 'view' we had, and it made the unit very dark, since it was the highrise tower of the Cosmopolitan Hotel that wraps around the Jockey Club. Only a handful of lamps lent light to our rooms, and even in the middle of the day it was dark because we were surrounded by concrete. The property could also use a facelift. It looks very 1990, including the lobby and check-in area. The fake (?) leather headboards on the beds were peeling, bathroom mirror surface worn around the edges, the lamps cheap and wobbly. I don't need luxury and would prefer to keep the price affordable, but the Jockey Club is overdue for some decor updates and general sprucing up.

Location is excellent—next to the Bellagio, across from the Paris hotel, in the heart of the Strip. Unit was spacious, super clean, beds comfortable, kitchen functioned well and was so welcome to have, to eat breakfast in without paying Strip prices.

The evening check staff are absolutely NOT suited for the job. Las Vegas is a destination for fun, leisure and to experience something new. The check in staff present the evening I checked in spoke rudely to a non native English speaker who was ahead of me checking in. It felt more like prison intake you see on T.V. I could identify the two rude staff members again in a heartbeat as I was taken so aback by their lack of customer service skills. The jockey club also sells its units as timeshare. Who on earth would want to become an owner with customer service that lacks in every way. I come to Las Vegas often and the jockey club could truly be an exclusive experience with a few changes. I’m open to contact with management about my experience.

It’s on the strip and easy to get around.
