New manager ,he claims to be Codey i believe his name was. He starts quite friendly however he is not and he is rude like he would put his foot to your room door ,and i think he thinks the guest rather be thankful to him since he is there , rather than he thanks to the guest to choose the property so he has a job ..

The room we stayed in needs to be renovated. The heat didn’t work, the shower head and faucet were coming off the wall, and the door wouldn’t close shut properly without force.

Offered a free ferry and airport shuttle. Grab and go breakfast that was free, from 6-9am.

Beds were rock hard. Could not control temp and wanted window open but the outside traffic was so loud.

Hotel interior needs renovation (carpet). No facilities (not even vending machines). Small TV. Little options for breakfast.

Close to airport. Good rate. Comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport. Nice front-desk staff who allowed me to check in early.

Would have liked a couple of gluten free options for breakfast and coffee available all day in the lobby. Need a rental car to get to sites easily and quickly.

Kind and professional staff that were very helpful! The room was spotless and it was nice to have a shuttle for the airport. Nice to have fridge and microwave and nearby quick places to eat.

Worst possible room in the hotel. And the shuttle driver was not very friendly. Very expensive but then it was Juneau.

The room was fine, and overall clean, I didn’t like that I didn’t have a phone in my room and had to use my personal cellphone to call the reception. The walls between the rooms are like paper (as most American buildings), so if you have noisy neighbors it could be potentially annoying.

It was my second time staying here. The hotel is very well located if you’re looking to stay in a place near the airport, there’s also a McDonald’s right next door and a conveniente store across the street with amazing pastries. If you’re interested in going to downtown the bus stop is two blocks away, so no need to request an Uber. The staff was nice and willing to help, they even break a bill for me so I could take the bus. It’s not a fancy hotel but the rooms seem to be recently renewed. Shuttle was available from and to the airport, but make sure to ask for it the night before, because sometimes they’re short staffed and cannot be offered all the time.

I did not like the breakfast that was provided because it was only granola bars. I can understand if the breakfast needed to change due to Covid regulations but the wording for a “continental breakfast” should be worded differently.

I like the location of the hotel and the cleanliness.

Receptionist was quite distracted with her pizza delivery upon check-in, but otherwise no problems or issues.

Shuttle service excellent for ferry and airport. Room clean &comfortable, well equipped. Liked having coffee available in am, but breakfast was….not the greatest.

I liked the ability to have a freezer for our catch. Very few hotels in the area provide this. We used the laundry. Shuttle service worked well. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Good location, please don’t let this property slip in service.
