The waitresses at the restaurant could use some training. If we wanted drink refills or needed anything, we got up and went to the bar to ask because they were standing at the bar chatting and didn't check on us. We were the only customers, so there was no reason we should have had to keep getting up to ask for things.

Hotel staff was great. Ruth was very professional and welcoming.

Booking.com botched something and the stay showed as cancelled to the hotel. When I called booking.com guess services I was told they were going to have to call the hotel directly themselves to straighten it out. I held the line only for the rep, Jose, to come back and say his system wasn't working and he was going to reboot and call me back. He never called the hotel nor me back. Thankfully Holiday Inn honored the reservation I showed them via the booking.com app and at that price (after waiting 30-60min without a callback from booking.com). I followed up with the hotel manager the next day who said she was able to take care of it, but no booking.com never called back as they said they would. Very disappointed. Not the "VIP customer service" I was promised. Will book directly from now on.

The restaurant breakfast food is awful. The omelette tasted like salt. The bread was of poor quality. Pancakes and waffles were passable. Kitchen was exceptionally slow. No extra towels in room even when requested of housekeeping Standing in the shower is a slip hazard, you need a non-skid strip on the bathtub floor.

Staff was friendly and great. Room was a good design Lots of plugs for computer equipment. I liked the block out curtains on the windows. I like there was a bell cart available so I could bring easily bring my luggage to the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities appear very well maintained, and clean. The bed was comfortable, too. Even the bath towels were of decent quality. The staff was super friendly as well.

The walls were so thin we had a hard time sleeping due to being able to hear the next door guests loud and clear until late in the night.

I couldn't believe the cost of the room for five days - over $1700.00 that's ridiculous !! When I purchased the rooms (2) the grand total should have been that (two rooms) but instead we had to pay over $1700.00 per room. For what? Room service didn't give me fresh towels for two nights and never remade the bed.

Breakfast was not included with a VERY expensive five day stay. Food was good. Waitress was fine.

That the hotel was overbooked, and we didn't get the room we reserved. We were offered the option to go to a lesser hotel at the rate we booked here (which was 2x the rate of the lesser hotel rates) or cancel all together. We were offered free drinks and breakfast for the next day as well. We declined it all and was very disappointed that no one had contacted us before we arrived of the issue with the room.

The staff was upfront about the over booking of rooms.
