Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was a crappy muffin in a package, tiny and a tiny juice! Super 8 could do better than that! Stains all on the floors. Wasn’t worth the $70 I paid

Breakfast was actually just a fruit pot, which was fine but we’d thought it would be a bit more (travelling with young kids it’s good to know these things in advance).
Good location and price for a quick stop on our road trip. Nothing fancy but it was clean and staff were nice.

Toilet ran all night—every 10-15 minutes. If anyone used a shower in an adjoining bathroom, it was very noticeable.

If you want a safe spot to stay for the night, close to the highway, with reasonable comfort, and interior room door access, at a reasonable rate, this hotel works just fine. Although, the staff is barely helpful, the breakfast a joke, and the entire property in need of updating!

You could hear everything. People talking, it’s 3:00 am and people were having full conversations.
This property is located not to far from I-40. Easy to jump back on the road in the morning.

We took what seemed reasonable to spend one night. Disappointment with the standard of the room - the curtains were secured by silver tape, the air conditioning emitted a strong stench when turned on to heating mode, the beds were not comfortable and the hotel's glory days were long behind it. Breakfast is a small juice and a muffin Stay overnight if you must :-)

Just seemed run down. I couldn’t understand why they put us on the third floor since we had a dog with us. I thought away from others and first floor was the standard. Breakfast was juice boxes and muffins on a counter with no staff. Not the Super 8 of yesteryear.
Location was suitable for our needs.

The breakfast was a little disappointing as it was really just muffins and the coffee lids didn’t even fit the cups they were going on so we couldn’t bring any with us in our cars.
It was cleaner than expected. I liked the microwave and mini fridge as well as having shampoo and conditioner. I didn’t expect those things to be there.

The facility is dated, but for the cost of the room, that is expected. Nothing felt unpleasant or dirty.
Our room rate was $55. Accommodations were better than expected for a room at this rate. Room was clean, facility was clean, but to be expected, the facility is a bit "worn" or dated. Considering that the price for two rooms was $50 less than a single room on the rest of the cities in our journey, it is a great value. Also, there were three of us on motorcycles on this trip. We were happy to be able to park in front of the hotel in a well lit area and we felt the area in general was safe. Lastly, plenty of dining options nearby.

I made the reservation for payment at check-in. They charged me before my arrival and because of that I couldn't use the card I wanted to use and it ended up messing up the travel bills a little. I booked with a Brazilian card but I wish I had paid at check-in with a card using dollars. The room I stayed in, the shower was small and I had to take a shower crouching down.
Great location and easy to find. Good hotel to spend a night and rest from the road. Simple but functional breakfast.

The morning cashier the next day had attitude like he was doing us a favor just by being there.

What was disappointing was the "breakfast": a coffee, a hot water, and three types of processed snacks, which I don't consider breakfast. But for the price, I was not super worried about that.
Nice option for a quick stop to sleep during a budget road trip. Nothing special. The two staff I had contact were super friendly.
