The breakfast selection and staff made for a great start of the day. The layout of the hotel rooms made viewing the local scenery enjoyable from our own deck.

Convenient location to restaurants and sights. Great breakfast and water/coffee in lobby is great addition for people on the go to sights.

Nothing major. No elevator. Everyone in the check in line had to step outside and get a picture of their rental vehicle’s license plate in order to complete the check in. That slowed down the process significantly. I received multiple texts prior to my arrival welcoming us to the hotel. It’d have been practical to mention that my license plate # is required for check in.

Location, rooms with balconies were wonderful. Great breakfast. Coffee, tea and cider available all day. Beautiful grounds. Hiking trail right behind the property.

No elevator for 2nd floors-but was fine for us. Concierge very helpful. Front desk staff not overwhelming so Breakfast was great The fire pits were great but annoying that you had to ask to be lit. Should just happen daily. Wonderful location

Excellent location. Beautiful Red Rock views from our room. We had reserved a room with a view. Resort is immaculate and well run. Nice hillside viewing area with chairs, firepits everywhere at night and, heated pool. Also included breakfast was excellent.

The property was fabulous. The resort is in an ideal location, is very clean, has fun activities, amazing pool and jacuzzi options, and has a great breakfast.

I asked for 2nd floor rooms for a better view and was given first floor rooms. The crime rate in Sedona is very low, but as a female traveler, I would have felt safer on the 2nd floor with a balcony, rather than a walk up patio. Also asked for rooms close together for myself and my travel friend but rooms were on different sides of the hotel.

Loved the location, the ambience of the hotel with views of the mountains. The restaurant attached was fantastic and the food was great. Breakfast was also great. My favorite part was the swinging basket chair on the patio outside my room. So comfortable and excellent for medication, star gazing or reading.

The front desk staff were often not informed or were not able our questions with respect to where we could buy groceries and shuttle buses. This information we had to find out on our own.

Great location and the room was adequate. The breakfast included with our room was great and all products were well labeled to indicate main ingredients for nut and gluten allergies which was great.

There was not much to not like. We can't think of anything we did not like.

We liked that there were bikes to ride around available to us complimentary and same for the amazing breakfast each morning. I was in the hot tub at 6:30 every morning with breathtaking views of the red rocks. Tea and coffee in the lobby throughout the day, everyday. Location was centralized. We walked to boutiques, restaurants and many hiking trails. Our room was comfortable. We were directly in front of the pool and hot tub. Although we never used the pool but hot tub was used every morning and night along with the fire-pit too.
