The room was clean with a refrigerator and microwave. it was comfortable and quiet. You can't beat it for the price.

Maybe a mini coffee maker to go along with microwave would be a helpful improvement

I love that it connects to Old Post Road and Route 1.Easy in and out. The rooms have a cabin feel to them too. Liked TV probably better than average. Windows both ends of room which is rare. I felt overall it was well worth it.

Appeared as if the refrigerator was being cleaned and then forgotten. Door was open and towels inside.

There is still no hair dryers and no USB charging ports. I think it may be a cultural thing but most people do not like to go out in below freezing weather with wet hair.

The upgraded TV streaming is a terrific boost for the motel.

FELT THE OWNERS WERE A BIT RUDE AND PUSHY!! DIDN'T LIKE WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD GO GRAB MONEY AT THE BANK AS I WAS STAYING ANOTHER NIGHT AND WAS TOLD IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL BUT WHILE I WAS GONE WENT AND BOTHERED MY FIANCE TWICE ABOUT HOW WE HADNT PAID YET AND SO ON WHEN THEY KNEW I WAS GOING TO THE BANK FOR THAT. REALLY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE

THAT IT WAS AFFORDABLE AND WHAT WE HAD FOR A ROOM WAS WELL WORTH IT, ALSO THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND CLOSE BY ALK STORES BOTH CONVENIENCE AND GROCERY!!

The place is noisy, since there is only single pane glass and it is situated between two very busy roads. The owner welcomed me civilly enough, but then did not have any concrete knowledge or suggestions about cafes or restaurants nearby, and refused categorically to hold my bags for a few hours the next day since I did not have a car, so it meant schlepping those around while I did my shopping. The mattress was very big, but unfortunately lumpy, and it was a cold night but there were no extra blankets.

Nice to have the New England cabin instead of just a room! The kitchenette was well equipped and though small, the bathroom adequate and with plenty of hot water.

No hair dryer. Was in the office. ?!? Tv wasn't working right. I couldn't access wifi easily. Thin walls, could hear "neighbor's" tv. Neever did get the wifi to work. Was told i could connect automtically. Not true. I went to sleep early trying.

The window above east facing entrance door needs room darkening shade.

Your typical roadside motel, but I have to congratulate Management on the place being impeccable clean, room and grounds. Check in super quick and friendly. My wife thought the bed mattress was excellent.Thanks.

Outlet in bathroom did not work. I had to use extension cord to utilize blow dryer.

Room was extremely dated. In need of a deep clean. Fixtures, mirrors and light switch box covers had built up grime that was tacky to touch. Lamps had spider webs. Carpet was threadbare. Bed is long overdue for replacement. Box spring was shot. Refrigerator needed defrosting.
