You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that the police came to my room looking for me for what reason I don't know. They had roaches in the hotel, cigarette burns in the cover and in the bed. If you take the pillow cases off they are very nasty.

United States of AmericaThe Rings are fully clean there's trash behind the couch and when I got there after I'd already paid the credit card through booking.com they charged me more it charged me a deposit and then came up with every excuse they could not to give me the deposit back the way to get the lobbies go all the way around the building they had everything locked down like the prison
And nice size rooms and I like the couch in the rooms that we didn't have to be in the bed all the time you can sit in the couch and watch TV

If you book for one night, then later decide you wanna stay another and book another night online (same exact kind of room and all) instead of extending your stay as MOST hotels do, they make you pay $10-20 extra for early check in (Price depends on who is at from desk) oh.. and if you get a smoking room... it doesn't come with an ash tray. Or a ice bucket, just a bag with two Styrofoam cups that have obviously been used before...again... not kidding
No breakfast. But good location,very close to major restaurants. Awesome location if hotel was better taken care of

United States of AmericaIt was time to check out and get my 20$ deposit back well when I asked for it back the lady that I couldn't understand tryes to tell me I smoked in the room I don't smoke so she's telling me I can have the deposit back but she wasn't Interested in the mice that was in the room or the beer bottle that was half way under the bed or the broken mirror this place is a joke when I was leaving another guy was to and he said they said the same thing
