Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe floor, walls, bathroom, and vanity were in poor condition, and the dresser was missing the cover from the last shelf. I only used the sink for brushing my teeth - but the water color was questionable. The shower seemed fine and toilet flushed fine. There were 2 small - like literally tsp. size shampoo packets and a small bar soap - but the towels were clean. The floor had several black stains and spots that were rather large. The walls in the bathroom were scuffed, cut, scratched - just not very nice to look at. The vanity was unglued from the wall and the mirror tipped against the backsplash. The couch was also stained. I was placed on the back side of the hotel - which was quiet but made me a bit nervous with some shady onlookers. The doors were locked by a regular key and seemed a bit easy to break into - given their age. There was a random abandoned bus outside the door - not sure what that was about. The area was very busy but not noisy...it didn't really match the photos on Booking.com - but that is common for lower cost hotels. At least there were no hookers or police during my stay.
The front counter clerk at arrival was very friendly and offered a discount if I were to visit again. The location was quiet for being next to a busy highway, mall, and interstate exchange. The bed was very comfortable and clean (though not very modern looking) and the shower was hot with good pressure. There was a mini microwave and fridge that worked fine. There were several local places for eating, shopping, and gas.

It would have been nice to of been told that I didn't have my reservation anymore . I think you need to keep in better connection with the hotels and your customers in the future

United StatesThe rooms were filthy. There were bugs in the first room she put us in. The walls were nasty like the place never had been cleaned. The bath tub was broken in the first room where the part the water comes out almost came out of the wall. The people were rude and made it seem like she didn't want to help. This place needs to be shut down for health code violations. We didn't have time to go to another hotel because we were going to a funeral. We didn't see the second room until we came back and it was late to even go anywhere else. The walls in the room looked as it never had been cleaned just dirty
