No early check-in? Cleaning staff cover 2 buildings, yet, All rooms somehow become ready at exactly 3? Posting says bar in hotel. There is an area, but it is not staffed or stocked! Plenty of places nearby, but misleading posts are disappointing! Also, bc there's no ice machine, w no bar, I had to go next door to restaurant several times to obtain ice. Inconvenient. The heavy metal dial that operates the water flow in shower/tub WAS NOT ATTACHED!! Once I discovered the problem, I was careful using it and not to bump it, yet, it still fell off 3 more times=Very Dangerous!!! I reported to helpful receptionist but feel a Safe shower is implied when renting a room! Really!! At the very Least, housekeeping should have left a clearwarning.

Staff were lovely. Receptionist came to room to fix my TV. Turned out it was an operator error-but she didn't make me feel stupid about it! Location was great for beach, eateries, free shuttle and city busses.

Nothing really much. The front desk was not very helpful and we waited one hour past check in time in the front lobby as we were told they were short staffed and no rooms were ready.

Good location and interesting decor inside. Rooms weer nice and comfortable and there was an elevator which made it easy to access the second floor,.

The first night, the electronic lock four our double bed room was broken. They moved us to two separate rooms. My room was at the far end and you could hear the night club till 4am. When we got to our double room then next night, everything was fine but that first night was really inconvenient.

The wifi was very poor and not providing internet properly, which can create difficulties in a foreign country. The shower was not adequate, as the water pressure was almost inexistent.

You could not get the regular network TV of ABC CBS NBC which is pathetic for a room You're paying a $120 a night for. I couldn't watch any of the network tv shows.

The paint on a piece of furniture was damaged, like it was old and neglected and the windows were very dirty.

We liked the location, the room and bathroom were comfortable and has a great shower. The beach stuff was very nice, too (beach towels, chairs), and the warm ready-to-help staff.

The sink was clogged which is a bit gross.

The hotel has a quaint look and feel. I was a bit apprehensive because of the reviews but it was a great stay. I traveled with a few friends who also booked rooms here and we had no complaints. Hotel allowed early check in and held my bags after an early check out. Great location - walking distance to the beach!
