The air conditioner in our room was not working even after maintenance came to fix it which, made for uncomfortable temperatures especially at night. The tile floors in our room were so dirty that you couldn’t walk barefoot across the room without getting black feet.

The front desk staff & restaurant staff were the friendliest of people. The heated pool & spa were working & in great condition. The breakfast included gave so many great options and tasted excellent. The free water bottles were a wonderful surprise. The location (right next to the Pima Wash), was beautiful and made for awesome bird watching plus you can hear coyote calls through the night which was exciting.

The receptionist that checked us in was not meant to have a career in customer service to the point my 14 yo even thought he was rude to us.

We had our family dog with us and received a ground level room for easy accessibility to the beautiful grounds. There were pet stations available for use too. The room was comfortable enough for my family of 3. We were prepared with food to utilize the microwave. The single serving keurig was a nice touch. We got in around dinner time and went to their restaurant which was delicious but understaffed.

Room was very dated with tile, etc. Shower tile was old and shower was confining. Road noise in front of hotel. Traffic was congested.

The bathroom was very small. There was very little room to sit down your toiletries. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the view from the room we had was to the back of a building. Had I known that I would have reserved a different room. Most other rooms have a view

The highway was a little loud but was quiet at night for sleeping. It was approximately 15 minutes from downtown but we were still close to some restaurants off the highway.

The hotel was cute and a great location just outside the downtown with great views. The salt water pool and hot tub were great and the staff was very friendly. We had a little appetizer at the Gringo restaurant one night and it was nice to have a free drink. We ordered two more they were so good! make sure to order the Prickly Pear margarita! The bar tender was cool and nice to chat with. The rooms could use a little upgrade but that didn’t matter really. Cozy beds and the gardens were nice. We had a balcony room with a nice view.

Minor things- no flour tortillas for breakfast. No mimosas as promised in Booking.com. Limited counter space in bathroom- maybe add a shelf?

Grounds and rooms. Breakfast was good. Spa and pool included towels.
