Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would be nice if the set up was a little different. It gets pretty congested with a coffee area and the waffle machines.
The breakfast was OK. The set up was kind of difficult and crowded. I did feel sorry for the front girl Desk. She was trying to check in people and trying to fill up the breakfast area. She was really running around a lot. I felt bad for her.

The ice machine was broken. No good. The stairs were broken, cordoned off blocked from use. We had to walk around. One light switch was broken.

Lighting is poor I called desk and they said no bulbs available. When u You walk in it is dark, light switch did not work near door so needed to find my way to a lamp. No conditioner in the shower area, bad patch job in bath tub, and better directions for television.
It was close to the area where I needed to be but I will not return.

the stairwells were closed difficult to get luggage to the room ,the room had no electrical.outlets one on the one lamp and one for the TV the fridge and the microwave , the room was pretty dirty it was surface clean kinda but there was a rubber duckie on the floor with a bunch of dust bunnies just behind the bathroom door by the tub . obviously belonged to someone's child from who knows when . I suppose they could fall back on the fact that there is only one lamp that could be plugged in no outlets to plug in the other lamp in the room and so that's why they can't see how dirty it is. tonight I am at the Ramada and can't help but notice that to pay in advance online results in getting the short end of the stick at almost every single property in which I reserve a room and pay right away online that I can expect to be given the loser treatment . I find this very odd and must admit that it is pissing me off . How dare these business owners cry about theft and charge for incidentals a deposit to protect their property then Rio off their paying guests I haven't received my monies worth out of my stay in around ,80% of my stays . I can name the properties right now in which I have The ramade in Grand Junction Co. Airport , the Apache Inn Moab, Hwy 191 Moab , and the Wingate Grand Junction . four properties out of 60+ properties have provided the monies worth . that's not very good odds for an I dustry that calls itself hospitality . part of the problem is a person isn't really getting honest reviews of these properties I am proof of this I am not stupid I don't just throw away hundreds of thousands of dollars on snake oils, I do so after reading the reviews which I believe the reviews to be truthful but the properties give certain customers favoritism and others get the crackhead rooms . sad but true.

The comforter was not clean, and you could see stains with all the lights on. But I didn't notice it until I was ready for bed. The breakfast was a hit or miss the whole weekend. Little to no boiled eggs, and the other guests were lined up for the waffle station, which made the breakfast wait a drag. Plus, they would leave it the countertops sticky, which isn't the hotels fault. Just other guests can be inconsiderate.
I liked the pricing and the location. I was in and on the freeway in no time at all. The room was nice and mostly clean. The place felt safe, for the most part.

We needed an elevator for my husband so we had to stay on the ground floor which was a bit noiser.
Easy to find and convenient. The hotel had easy access from the interstate and close to restaurants.
