Breakfast; there was no breakfast. I used to stay at La Quintas pre Covid. generally excellent value. Now generally they have gone downhill. This one even though close to the airport in a poor part of the city

False advertisement of shuttle. Advertisement said there was but there was none. Had to hire an Uber to get to the Airport

Smelled like smoke even though it says 100% smoke free. Beds hard, pillows felt weird, sheets hard and scratchy, they advertised free breakfast but they had no breakfast

There was no hot water for showers. The sofa was disgustingly, dirty and torn. The rug was in poor condition with stains. The edge of the tub had a cigarette burn in this non-smoking room. The room had a slight smell of a previous smoker, although it was listed as a non-smoking room online. there was no breakfast, although it was advertised as offering one. We were told it was due to Covid, but no Discount was so far that therefore, it would certainly not a three star rating by any means. That location would not be above a one and a half star barely at two.

The bed was comfortable. The television was great. The fridge and microwave were fine.

Roaches in the bathroom, my daughter couldn’t even get a coffee to go 20 minutes before the breakfast ending hour. The person in charge at that moment in the breakfast area was really rude to her!

Just the location and it was the lowest price I could find in the area for a “decent place to sleep”.

Property & the rooms itself gave a very “crack house” like feeling . The sheets and wash clothes had stains on them , bathroom did not come with soap or any other amenities, we did not leave our belongings behind when we went out to dinner . Checked out hours early .

This is a very run down hotel that is very badly kept. The walls are paper thin and the smell that permeates the space is pretty discusting.

This hotel is merely someone to lay your head if your flight gets canceled.

The room was small and smelled damp. It appeared the floor was wet but could have been shadows of the furniture. There were stains on the chair and the tub needed to be repolished as the bottom appeared to be still dirty.

I did love the bathroom and the four mirrors so I was able to see parts of my body I didn't normally see lol. It was a standard room convenient for one night. The bed was comfortable for short term sleep. The room has a flat screen tv and there was an option for bed and breakfast even though I didn't utilize the feature. The hotel is conveniently located off the Beltway.

No hangers in the wardrobe, Nails sticking up through the tack strip between the foyer and the carpet into the bedroom, toilet flapper leaking which kept the toilet running off and on all night, ceiling light in the bathroom was out until I touched the light shade and then it came on and last but not least, the shower had brackets on the shower wall for the shampoo, conditioner and the body wash but there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash bottles in them. Almost forgot, the roll of toilet paper on the paper holder was drenched (soaked through. It was so late when I checked in, that I was to tired to do anything about it

I booked online and when I got to properly they asked for an additional $100 for a deposit!!! That made no sense to me because I booked my stay already and nowhere in the contract did it state I needed to pay more!

Had to change room cause a/c wasn't working and key card wasn't opening the door had to go downstairs twie for the reception to come up and unlock the door

The house keepers didn't come clean and restock anything they never cleaned my room, At all. And I had to go get towels and toilet paper.

It was quiet, nobody bothered us. But on the same hand if you needed anything you had to track someone down. It was like a ghost town you didn't really see anyone, other guests or employees.

Filthy rooms and hall. Mold in bathroom ceiling. TV volume too weak. No drapes in window. Did not rise to the quality of a LaQuinta Inn.

The parking is too congested. The staff are VERY rude and SUPER unprofessional. They didn’t have any extra clean towels the whole time we were there. Our room door wouldn’t shut completely. There were bugs everywhere and the bathrooms were barely cleaned when we arrived.

There wasn’t much to like about the property.
