The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Maid service came every day. Excellent ocean view with a balcony. Great location.

The vending machines sucked. Wouldn’t work or take money. We were on top floor the only vending machines was on first. Very inconvenient.

The doors were hard to close and we were unable to use the security lock.

over all the stay was great we were heading out on a cruise the next day breakfast was good we"re early birds kinda had to wait a bit for breakfast but over all was good, room was very clean and updated considering was right there at the beach and ground floor would definately stay there again

The corridors were very windy but the weather was really bad. The ratio quality/price was not that good as the price per night was high.

Just by the beach and near Cape Canaveral. The room was quite big and offering a see view. The breakfast is grate with a choice of produits.

Check in took forever which I don’t understand as we already had pre paid. Breakfast was poor didn’t even have forks.

You had to walk outside to get to your room

Right on the beach. Breakfast had a nice variety of food. Loved not having carpet on the floors in the rooms

Beautiful location. View is awesome. Watched two rocket launches. Pier was busy. We had a cocktail at the pier bar and it was a great atmosphere. Been there twice in the last few months. I will be going again.

Front desk could not suggest anything helpful. Asked for somewhere to shop and eat. Never mentioned the pier behind hotel.

There should not have been a table set up outside the door ( where staff go in and out) in the lobby area where they serve breakfast. I was heading towards that table (only one open) with my food tray and a staff member opened the door quickly to bring out food and whacked my arm . Its dangerous having a table in that alcove with the door right there. The staff member did apologize. The table should be relocated because someone can get hurt. I mentioned it to a gentleman who was standing at the end of the table the next morning to not stand there.

Oceanfront room - great view and very modern and clean. Offer a continental breakfast and coffee available all day . pool area is lovely and walkway to the beach is new and accommodating. Nice seating area around pool.

There is room for improvement at breakfast. Sometimes milk was missing, sometimes yogurt, a toaster kept blowing a fuse.

Bautifully located hotel, friendly staff. They helped us very kindly to move to another room because we had to extend our stay and our room was no longer available.

The bathroom door didn't close to so there was no privacy.. Reported to front desk and asked for an extra pillow twice with no response whilst the bed was made and fresh towels when needed, The floors weren't cleaned

Balcony had "coffee spill" which was never cleaned for six days we stayed there and also a "spill" outside our room was never cleaned either. But I am being really picky as I would definitely stay there again

Location was wonderful. Next to Cocoa Pier and on beach. Room was very clean and spacious. Nice balcony. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea bar was available all day. Pool was heated.Staff were very pleasant.
