The only negative thing about this place was that the Wifi was both unsecure and unreliable. Could not connect to internet. Totally useless and worthless.

Location was a bit noisy as it's close to the highway but ask for a room on the back side. Immaculately clean room. Everything looked new. Friendly front desk. We went to breakfast about 1/2 hour after it opened and everything needed to be refilled. But it did get done.

The bathroom was difficult to use. The toilet was almost on the floor and was extremely loud every time it was flushed.

Toiletries in bathroom were sparce with 2 very tiny bars of soap on the sink. The pump bottles of body wash & shampoo in the tub were good quality, but we found them a little difficult to use. Breakfast items ran out quickly before the ending time at 9:00. It would be nice if breakfast was extended, especially since check out is 11:00.

We have stayed here many times & plan to return. We had an upgraded room, which was large, comfortable, & clean. We arrived late & and the check-in host was polite & helpful.

The motel was well-kept with comfortable beds, working air/heat, and hot water. Breakfast was continental-style, with hot and cold foods, and some of the best coffee I've come across in motels! The staff was friendly and helpful. And the motel spaces were decorated nicely, which gave the open areas a good feeling. We were in Durham for a medical appt at Duke, and if the need arises to return to the areas, we would stay here again,

Using plastic disposable cutlery, plates and cups for breakfast. Not very environmentally friendly.

Closet was small. Bathroom was not very small but given the size of the room, it could have been a little bigger. It had nice toiletries. Breakfast was not very good. No fruits (apples or bananas would have been great). I didn't like the Styrofoam plates/cups and plastic silverware. I was in room next to the lobby, so it was a little noisy. But not as much as I expected!

Room was very nice, super big, with a great desk to work, very comfortable bed. It was very spacious and decorated with good taste.

Faulty door locks would work only with both keys inserted and not always on the first try.

The picture on my TV kept going out, I unplugged cable and plugged it back in, restored it myself. Some flushing problems but ok. Ice melts almost immediately. I didn't have transportation for meals but Expensive store (candy bar & soda $6, $10 frozen, couldn't shop but once...wow). I actually stayed 12 days (7-18), my house is being repaired and I would have loved a nice discount for length of stay, may have to extend a little longer, not sure....however I like it here and will recommend.

Breakfast was good, would like some cheese though, grits packets and maybe some bacon or corned beef hash (not that sausage every time). The coffee cups leaked, learned to double up. But it was nice.

We really have no major complaints, but you may want to know; the small coffee pot was missing a part to hold the coffee pod. Also, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for the bed. We had a sofa bed, but there were no sheets or blanket for that bed. However, we did enjoy our stay!

Ease of check-in & check-out. Close to the elevator. Comfortable bed & really enjoyed the upgraded room.
