The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. It was flat and thre springs would dig into my back.

Only problem was the construction that was going on during my stay which was unavoidable but still kept waking me up super early.

The wooden scenery around the hotel was very nice. As well as being close to a lot of restraints and grocery stores.

Too crowded during breakfast time. Too many people lined up at the waffle maker, disrupting other people's dining and pickup.

American breakfast, as expected, tastes good. There is enough parking space and the hotel is in a great location and easy to reach. Living on the first floor, it is very convenient that the room has a door leading to the atrium.

Hallways, esp at entrance door way too dark/ dimly lit. Seriously slippery entrances from ice/melting snow. Should sprinkle sno- melt granules at ALL entranceways. Extremely dangerous. Definitely not worth the price for one night stay, alone.

Basics were fine. Didn’t eat breakfast so don’t know about it.

The shape of the room is a little odd because there are 2 bedrooms next to each other

I like that i felt very cozy and that I was able to ask for the first floor.

We arrived on Wednesday the 3rd of January and left on January 6th in the morning. We had requested house keeping to come and clean our room the second day of our stay. We requested for the house keeper to take out the trash, and put in new towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately no one stopped by to do our request. There was someone at reception, I have forgotten their name, but they took the initiative to bring us new towels and clean out the trash for us! They were really helpful and extremely cordial! The air conditioner in our room at times would blow cold air. It looked really old/outdated. We tried to adjust it to the right temperature, but struggled with it until we finally figured out how to work it ourselves. Breakfast was okay. The eggs didn’t really have any taste. We would have wished there were more options for people who don’t eat meat, like potatoes or greens. They had sausage every single time. Every day it was the same breakfast, which was a disappointment, but we did really enjoy the bagels and cream cheese. Other than that, the eggs were always hot, and coffee was delicious! Down side is that breakfast finishes too early at 9 am. A good time in my opinion to end breakfast would have been at 11 am. If you decide to go up their when it snows, the parking lot does freeze, and it gets super slippery. The exit was covered in ice. Watch for your car not to skid. Also last picture was a mistake! I couldn’t delete it!

I really liked the friendly staff, and their willingness to make our stay better. They were more than happy to provide us with anything we needed.

One thing; during the continental breakfast the eggs were sitting in water so they were soggy and slimy.

Service and hospitality were above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a floor where pets have never stayed.

Parking was limited. We stayed above the lobby area, was a bit loud in the morning since it was close to the breakfast area.
