We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived there were fresh cookies just cooked on the counter for people staying there and arriving out of all the traveling me and my family do which is about 3/4 of each year around the United States I would say I never felt so at home when we arrived to the smell of fresh cookies and they way we were treated this place felt like home and I have never felt that at any hotel we have ever been at are whole stay was absolutely amazing to feel at home away from home is priceless I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel as it was the best experience me and my family has had at any hotel in all the United States if anyone is in this area u should experience this if u have to stay in a hotel from the swimming pool and spa 24 hrs a day to the top notch rooms to the 100 percent customer service to the wonderful breakfast and the food room on site by far the best hotel we have ever been to we normally stay at the hiltons or Marriotts this place was far more amazing . Thank u u again for the comfort of are stay with u we look forward to making this a yearly adventure.

United States of AmericaThe pool and spa is open 24 hours, so that was super awesome! All the staff we talked to were exceptional. Adam was super sweet and so helpful our whole stay, he even gave us a goody bag of fresh baked cookies. The breakfast is 6am-10am and it's actually really good, with lots of different options. Our room was clean and cozy and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. I come to Grants Pass pretty often to visit my boyfriend and I will definitely be staying here again next time I come visit! Thank you to the staff for being so great and welcoming!
