You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBreakfast not many gluten free options, no lactose free milk or plant based milks, or sugar free options, oat Cherrios and oatmeal but pre-sweetened with sugar and they had eggs but had cheese on them. I'm used to it, very few states provide it and I do understand so I eat what I can or bring my own, I did see another person with the same sensitivities or allegies.
Location was fine, breakfast was dissappointing and chairs at the bar were too low for the counter. I have a hard time because of a disability getting out of low chairs was excited to see a counter but the chairs were low, felt like I was 4 years old sitting at a table, LOL!

United KingdomThe lift was broken and we had to point out that my husband was disabled when I asked for a downstairs room as the lift wasn't working and the downstairs rooms were being saved for the disabled . I'm sorry but if the lift isn't working and someone has a lot of luggage then they have a downstairs room as requested . You don't save rooms for maybe guests . Although the gentleman on the desk immediately gave us a downstairs room on noting my husband's disability. Remember , not all disabilities are visible. The room had bits all over the floor. The drawers had bits in . Not the cleanest . The air con was so noisy . I don't understand how these hotels are getting away with noisy air con ! It makes for a terrible night's sleep
