The pool closes before 8 so we were unable to get a chance to use it either day that we were there.

The location is great for what we're in town for.

Bed was great. Breakfast was good. Faucet was busted. Tub was clogged. Fridge freezer door was broken. Manager was great. Listened to my concerns, understood the problem and was very courteous. A++ to her.

The remodeling was shotty and our tub did not drain properly. The toilet was not attached correctly either. There was a strong cleaning smell in the room like someone had smoked in there previously. The breakfast in the morning was alright but not great. They handed out frozen eggs one morning.

The location is great, close to places to eat and easy freeway access. Being so close to the freeway you could barely hear the traffic so that was nice. The beds were comfy and the furniture seemed new and updated. There was plenty of areas to plug in electronics to charge! The pool was nice.

The room wasn’t very clean, and I’m not picky. I just would like to feel like it’s been cleaned well before I use a room. Also the pool was cloudy and “oily”, and there was a torn up paper towel just floating around on the surface. My kids still chose to swim because that’s what they were looking forward to with the stay, but all of them voluntarily took showers afterwards 😜

My kids were happy with the breakfast that was offered.

The room was a smoking room and I preferred a non-smoking room. The room did not have a hair dryer for my wife to use and the shower mixer valve was broken. Additionally, the room did not have an alarm clock.

The room was quiet and somewhat clean. The bed was comfortable.

the whole place is run down. walls are thin. No restaurants to walk to. pool wasn’t actually heated much - the pool was a main reason to stay there. water was too cold though. no hot tub either. the bar in the tub was missing and it was rusted where it was broken off.

Housekeeping was poor. Expected with staffing, but we also were advised there was a hot tub, which was a 1 foot slightly warmed kiddie pool. Our bathtub was literally leaking from the tub to the floor with the curtains properly placed during a shower.(which means they need to calk the floor end of the tub I would assume?) The sheets were either dirty or just stained, and the toilet took 5 minutes to flush everything and stop running. Bathroom fan is very obnoxious, and turns on with the bathroom light, so you can't turn it off.

I really liked how homely the 3 receptionists/ and manager were. Next to the freeway, but you wouldn't even know it. Very quiet stay!

Facility was nice enough, but smelled of smoke throughout. Left after the first night when we found out there was no hot water for showers. Staff was very pleasant. Partial payment returned to me.

House keeping was rude. When I asked for towels first thing in the morning 730-800am she gave me a dirty look and said they didn't have any. We were a family of 4 staying and only 2 towels were in the room
