Not easy to get to without a car. The swimming pool was closed, staff said it was cold now but it was over 80 degrees.

Well the elevator didn’t work on side, there were people sitting in outdoor chairs in the lobby in front of the elevators, there was roaches in the room, people was hanging outside the building of the hotel. This seems like a very unsafe location to stay. Property management should do a pop up visit to this location

Bad Roach infestation (even through the stairwell), rodent infested, EVERY Wash cycle FLOODS the Laundry Room floor and RISKS your freshly dried laundry, prejudice management, STICKY floors & quite unsanitary establishment.

Location, decent water pressure, Apples & Yogurt at breakfast but waffle mix was WAAAY TOO thick.

The property was outdated. Needs remodeling. They did their best with our room cleaned. Our curtains were old and had staining

We were on the first floor and the door had large cracks around the side that you could see through to the hallway and shown light through at night. The parking lot was incredibly dirty, trash everywhere. Felt somewhat unsafe with many people hanging out in the parking lot after midnight playing music and being loud. TV lagged on many channels and would turn off and say “no signal”. Toilet did not flush well. Not necessarily dirty in the room but certainly signs of uncleanliness (hairs on the bedding, remnants of trash on the floor). Would not stay again or recommend to friends.

Check in/out process was smooth. Bed was comfortable.

I think the parking lot was real dirty. Litter everywhere. Only one elevator worked and it seemed like it would break down at any moment. Towels in the room almost looked tossed about. And the bath was as clean as I would have hoped it would be.

The beds were tall and comfy. The receptionists, maintenance guys, and housekeepers were incredibly nice. We were able to check in very quickly.

Elevators extremely slow. Let’s allowed in hotel and feces was in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Owner did not clean up after their dog.

Great location to Northwest Stadium to see Beyonce on July 7th.

I had to change rooms when I got there due to ceiling leaking and water was all in the floor. The air conditioner was not working in one part of the room ... we had a suite. It also takes about 15 minutes to get an elevator. They have 2, but one is broken down and the one that works, it bounces alot. VERY UNSAFE. Breakfast could be better. Waffle machine down, cereal stale, and juice was nasty. Not much of a selection.

I loved the location ... it was near everything literally. Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.

It’s not well maintained, it has a really bad mildew smell, the floors and walls are not clean, the shower wasn’t clean, there aren’t enough bathing supplies, several sockets in the room didn’t work, the windows were filthy, and there weren’t food/vending options for our stay.

It is the perfect location for visiting Northwest Stadium

I didn't get my deposit back yet because they said I was smoking and I didn't smoke anything in my room, I would really like to get my 50 dollars deposit back please 🙏👌👍
